Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Instruksional Kepala Sekolah dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Sekolah di SDN Se-Kecamatan Tamalanrea Kota Makassar
The Influence of Instructional Leaderhsip and Organizational Culture on School Performance in Elemantary School in Tamalanrea Subdistrict Makassar City
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kepemimpinan
instruksional kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja sekolah di
SDN se-Kecamatan Tamalanrea Kota Makassar. Pendekatan penelitian yang
digunakan ialah kuantitatif korelasi dengan sampel 201 guru SD Negeri di
Kecamatan Tamalanrea Kota Makassar. Grand Theory yang digunakan ialah teori
kepemimpinan instruksional oleh Hallinger dan Murphy, teori budaya organisasi
dari Robbins dan Judge, dan teori kinerja sekolah oleh Robbins dan Judge.
Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala likert 1-4.
Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan statistik parametrik uji
analisis regresi linear sederhana dan berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data,
ditarik kesimpulan yaitu: (1) kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah
berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sekolah di SDN se-Kecamatan Tamalanrea Kota
Makassar dengan nilai Sig 0,00 < 0,05; (2) budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap
kinerja sekolah di SDN se-Kecamatan Tamalanrea Kota Makassar dengan nilai Sig
0,00 < 0,05; (3) kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi
secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kinerja sekolah di SDN se-Kecamatan
Tamalanrea Kota Makassar dengan nilai Sig 0,00 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan
bahwa semakin baik implementasi kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah dan
semakin kuat budaya organisasi di sekolah, maka semakin baik pula kualitas kinerja
sekolah di SDN se-Kecamatan Tamalanrea Kota Makassar.

This study aims to determine the effect of principal instructional leadership
and school culture on school performance in elementary schools throughout
Tamalanrea District, Makassar City. The research approach used is quantitative
correlation with a sample of 201 elementary school teachers in Tamalanrea
District, Makassar City. The Grand Theory used is the instructional leadership
theory by Hallinger and Murphy, the school culture theory by Robbins and Judge,
and the school performance theory by Robbins and Judge. Data collection was
carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-4. The data analysis
technique in this study used parametric statistics, simple and multiple linear
regression analysis tests. Based on the results of the data analysis, the following
conclusions were drawn: (1) principal instructional leadership influences school
performance in elementary schools throughout Tamalanrea District, Makassar City
with a Sig value of 0.00 <0.05; (2) school culture influences school performance in
elementary schools throughout Tamalanrea District, Makassar City with a Sig
value of 0.00 <0.05; (3) The principal's instructional leadership and school culture
jointly influence school performance at elementary schools throughout Tamalanrea
District, Makassar City with a Sig value of 0.00 < 0.05. This shows that the better
the implementation of the principal's instructional leadership and the stronger the
school culture, the better the quality of school performance at elementary schools
throughout Tamalanrea District, Makassar City.
