Statistical Analysis of the Matches of the Indonesian U-18 National Football Team in the 2019 AFF Cup

Dalam permainan sepak bola, teknik dasar merupakan aspek penting dalam jalannya pertandingan dan akan mempengaruhi hasil permainan. Teknik dasar sepak bola seperti passing, shooting dan heading merupakan elemen penting dalam permainan sepak bola. Sehubungan hal itu peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian mengenai Analisis Statistik Pertandingan Tim Nasional Sepak Bola Indonesia U-18 di Piala AFF 2019. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat bagaimana gambaran tentang situasi teknik serta penguasaan bola selama mengikuti pertandingan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasi. Penelitian observasi ialah sebuah kegiatan yang sempit, yaitu memperhatikan sesuatu dengan memakai mata. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui jika para pemain Timnas Indonesia belum maksimal dalam menguasai teknik dasar sepak bola seperti passing, shooting dan heading yang mempengaruhi ball possession dalam setiap pertandingan. Apabila para pemain dapat memiliki teknik dasar sepak bola yang mumpuni, bisa saja Timnas Indonesia menjuarai piala AFF U-18 Tahun 2019. Namun tidak dapat dipungkiri jika faktor lain juga dapat mempengaruhi suatu pertandingan seperti strategi dan formasi permainan.

In the game of football, basic techniques are an important aspect of the course of the match and will affect the outcome of the game. Basic soccer techniques such as passing, shooting and heading are important elements in soccer game. In connection with this, the researcher is interested in conducting research on the Statistical Analysis of the Indonesian U-18 National Football Team Match at the 2019 AFF Cup. This study aims to see how the situation describes the technique and ball possession during the match. This research is an observational research. Observational research is a narrow activity, namely paying attention to something with the eye. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Indonesian national team players have not been maximal in mastering basic soccer techniques such as passing, shooting and heading which affect ball possession in every match. If the players can have basic football techniques, the Indonesian National Team could win the AFF U-18 Cup 2019. However, it cannot be denied that other factors can also affect a match such as strategy and game formation.
