DESIGN OF TIKET KARYA WEBSITE FOR CREATIVE WORKSHOP INFORMATION

Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut sistem informasi yang cepat, terstruktur, dan mudah diakses. De Project sebagai penyelenggara kreatif masih menghadapi kendala dalam penyampaian informasi, pendaftaran, dan pengelolaan data peserta yang belum terpusat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perancangan UI/UX website sebagai solusi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang UI/UX Website Tiket Karya sebagai media informasi dan pendaftaran workshop kreatif pada De Project. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan User Experience Design, meliputi analisis kebutuhan pengguna, perumusan masalah (How Might We), pembuatan user flow, wireframe, dan prototype. Perancangan difokuskan pada kemudahan akses informasi, penyederhanaan pendaftaran, serta peningkatan pengalaman pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil validasi media, desain website ini memperoleh nilai 84% dan termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Selain itu, hasil pengujian pengguna menunjukkan bahwa desain yang dikembangkan bersifat fungsional, mudah digunakan, serta mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna secara optimal.

The development of digital technology demands information systems that are fast, well-structured, and easily accessible. De Project, as an organizer of creative workshops, still faces challenges in delivering information, managing registrations, and organizing participant data, which are not yet centralized. Therefore, the design of a UI/UX website is needed as a digital solution. This study aims to design the UI/UX of the Tiket Karya website as an information and registration platform for creative workshops at De Project. The research applies a User Experience Design approach, which includes user needs analysis, problem formulation using the How Might We method, user flow development, wireframing, and prototyping. The design focuses on ease of access to information, simplification of the registration process, and enhancement of user experience. Based on media validation results, the website design achieved a score of 84% and was categorized as highly feasible. In addition, user testing results indicate that the developed design is functional, easy to use, and effectively meets user needs.
