Bandar Grissee Tourism Development Strategy by the Gresik Regency Tourism and Creative Economy, Culture, Youth and Sports Agency.
Kabupaten Gresik merupakan kabupaten yang memiliki potensi wisata heritage dilihat dari peninggalan bangunan yang ada di Gresik Kota Lama. Pemerintah bersama dengan Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif, Kebudayaan, Kepemudaan, dan Olahraga Kabupaten Gresik meresmikan Wisata Bandar Grissee untuk dapat menarik kunjungan wisatawan yang lebih banyak. Namun, dalam perkembangannya terdapat permasalahan dalam segi sarana dan prasarana seperti kurangnya penataan parkir dan peta wisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan terkait strategi pengembangan Wisata Bandar Grissee oleh Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif, Kepemudaan, dan Olaharga Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Fokus penelitian menggunakan indikator Peraturan Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif/Kepala Badan Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Republik Indonesia Nomor 12 Tahun 2020, yaitu aksesibilitas, amenitas, atraksi, dan promosi. Subjek penelitian ini ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasilnya, Aksesibilitas Bandar Grissee yang terletak di pusat Kota Gresik mudah ditempuh dan dijangkau bagi wisatawan, meskipun masih ada kendala terkait transportasi umum dan penunjuk arah. Terkait amenitas, Fasilitas umum dan pariwisata sudah memadai dan beragam memberikan kenyamanan bagi wisatawan, namun masih terdapat kendala terkait ketersediaan toilet. Terkait atraksi, daya tarik wisata yang unik berhasil menarik minat wisatawan didukung oleh kolaborasi efektif antara Disparekrafbudpora dan Pokdarwis. Terkait Promosi, Strategi promosi yang terintegrasi dan beragam berhasil meningkatkan visibilitas dan minat wisatawan terhadap Bandar Grissee.
Gresik Regency is a regency that has heritage tourism potential seen from the building heritage in Gresik Kota Lama. The government together with the Gresik Regency Tourism and Creative Economy, Culture, Youth and Sports Office inaugurated Bandar Grissee Tourism to attract more tourist visits. However, in its development there are problems in terms of facilities and infrastructure such as the lack of parking arrangements and tourist maps. The purpose of this study is to describe the development strategy of Bandar Grissee Tourism by the Tourism and Creative Economy Office, Youth, and Sports of Gresik Regency. This research uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The focus of the research uses indicators of the Regulation of the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy / Head of the Tourism and Creative Economy Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2020, namely accessibility, amenity, attractions, and promotion. The subject of this research was determined by purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation, while data analysis was carried out by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. As a result, the accessibility of Bandar Grissee, which is located in the center of Gresik City, is easy to reach and reach for tourists, although there are still obstacles related to public transportation and directions. Regarding amenity, public and tourism facilities are adequate and diverse to provide comfort for tourists, but there are still obstacles related to the availability of toilets. Regarding attractions, unique tourist attractions have succeeded in attracting tourists supported by effective collaboration between Disparekrafbudpora and Pokdarwis. Regarding promotion, an integrated and diverse promotion strategy has succeeded in increasing visibility and tourist interest in Bandar Grissee.
