This study aims to : (1) the relation of experience on the job training
toward student work readiness class XII of expertise study program Modeling
Design and Building Information State Vocation High School 3 of Surabaya,
(2) the relation of career
guidance toward student work readiness class XII of expertise study program
Modeling Design and Building Information State Vocation High School 3 of
Surabaya, (3) the
relation of experience on the job training and career guidance toward student
work readiness Class XII of Expertise Study Program Modeling Design and
Building Information State Vocation High School 3 of Surabaya.
This type of research is ex-post facto. The
population is students of State Vocation
High School 3 of Surabaya class XII of expertise study program Modeling Design and Building
Information for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 65 students
and a sample of 60 students. The data collection technique for the on the job
training variable used the documentation of student grades, while career
guidance and student work readiness used the questionnaire method. Data analysis
in this study used descriptive data analysis to describe the variables, simple
regression analysis and multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of
the independent variables on the dependent variable.
The results showed that: (1) there was a positive
and significant relation between on the job training toward student work
readiness as indicated by a t-count of 3,498 at a significance level of 5%
(t-count > t-table), namely 3,498 > 1,672 and correlation coefficient of 0,417,
(2) there was a positive and significant relation between career guidance toward
student work readiness as indicated by a t-count value of 7,908 at a
significance level of 5% (t-count > t-table), namely 7,908 > 1,672 and a
correlation coefficient of 0,720, (3) there was a positive and significant relation
between on the job training and career guidance toward student work readiness as
indicated by an F-count of 36,241 at a significance level of 5% (F-count >
F-table), namely 36,241 > 3,158 and a coefficient of determination of 0,560
or an effective contribution of 56,0%.
