Kinerja perawat menjadi faktor penting dalam keberhasilan pelayanan kesehatan sehingga perlu didukung oleh employee well-being dan job satisfaction yang baik serta rendahnya perilaku quiet quitting. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh employee well-being, job satisfaction, dan quiet quitting terhadap employee performance pada perawat Puskesmas Sape Kabupaten Bima. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kausalitas. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling melalui metode sampling jenuh dengan responden perawat Generasi Z di Puskesmas Sape Kabupaten Bima. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa employee well-being dan job satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance. Sementara itu, quiet quitting memiliki arah hubungan negatif, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan employee well-being dan job satisfaction berperan dalam meningkatkan employee performance, sedangkan quiet quitting belum terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance pada perawat Generasi Z di Puskesmas Sape Kabupaten Bima.

Nurses’ performance is a critical factor in the success of healthcare services; therefore, it must be supported by good employee well-being and job satisfaction, as well as low levels of quiet quitting. This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of employee well-being, job satisfaction, and quiet quitting on employee performance among nurses at the Sape Community Health Center in Bima Regency. This study employs a quantitative approach using a causal research design. The sample was determined using a nonprobability sampling technique via saturation sampling, with Generation Z nurses at the Sape Community Health Center in Bima Regency as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that employee well-being and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, quiet quitting exhibits a negative relationship but does not have a significant effect on employee performance. The findings indicate that improvements in employee well-being and job satisfaction play a role in enhancing employee performance, whereas quiet quitting has not been proven to have a significant effect on employee performance among Generation Z nurses at the Sape Community Health Center in Bima Regency.
