PENGEMBANGAN E-MODUL BERBASIS APLIKASI CANVA PADA MATERI PENGOLAHAN COOKIESÂ UNTUK SMK KULINER FASE F
DEVELOPMENT OF AN E-MODULE BASED ON THE CANVA APPLICATION ON COOKIE PROCESSING MATERIALÂ FOR CULINARY VOCATIONAL SCHOOL FASE F
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Kelayakan hasil dari ahli materi, ahli media pada pengembangan e-modul berbasis aplikasi canva pada materi pengolahan cookies untuk SMK Kuliner Fase F, dan (2) Respon siswa dalam pengembangan e-modul berbasis aplikasi canva pada materi pengolahan cookies untuk SMK Kuliner Fase F. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) yang dilakukan hingga tahap ketiga yaitu Development. Objek penelitian berupa e-modul pengolahan cookies. Subjek penelitian adalah 51 siswa SMKN 6 Surabaya jurusan kuliner Fase F. Penilaian kelayakan e-modul dari segi materi dan media dilakukan oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk kelayakan e-modul meliputi lembar validasi ahli materi, ahli media, dan angket untuk melihat respon siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) hasil kelayakan e-modul oleh ahli materi dengan nilai 93% termasuk kedalam kriteria sangat layak dan oleh ahli media dengan nilai 91% termasuk kedalam kriteria sangat layak dan, (2) respon siswa diperoleh skor rata-rata 94,22% dengan interpretasi sangat baik. Hal ini mengimplikasikan bahwa e-modul hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

This research aims to determine: (1) the feasibility of results from material experts and media experts in developing e-modules based on the Canva application in cookie processing material for Phase F Culinary Vocational Schools; and (2) student responses in developing E-module based on the Canva application in cookie processing material for Phase F Culinary Vocational Schools. The study employs the development research (R&D) used the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), up to the third stage of development. The research object is an e-module for processing cookies. The research subjects consisted of 51 students specializing in culinary Phase F at SMKN 6 Surabaya. The e-module's feasibility was evaluated by material and media experts. Validation documents from material experts, media experts, and questionnaires to assess student responses comprise the instruments employed to determine eligibility for e-modules. The research results show: (1) the feasibility results of the e-module by material experts with a score of 93% are included in the very feasible criteria; and media experts with a score of 91% are included in the very feasible criteria; and (2) student responses obtained an average score of 94.22% with very good interpretation. This implies that the e-module resulting from this research can be used for learning.
