Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji: (1) keterlaksanaan penerapan model pembelajaran concept attainment berbantuan media gambar pada siswa kelas III SDN Manukan Wetan I No. 114 Surabaya dalam mata pelajaran PPKn, (2)  pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran concept attainment berbantuan media gambar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas III SDN Manukan Wetan I No. 114 Surabaya dalam mata pelajaran PPKn.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitan eksperimen dengan desain pretest posttest control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes. Teknik analisis data untuk mengetahui pengaruh model concept attainment berbantuan media gambar menggunakan uji-t dengan bantuan software SPSS 21.00 for windows.

Hasil dari analisis data menunjukkan kelas eksperimen yang menerapkan model concept attainment berbantuan media gambar memeroleh persentase keterlaksanaan pembelajaran lebih tinggi dari kelas yang menerapkan pembelajaran konvensional, yakni 93,3% : 83,9%. Posttest menunjukkan rerata hasil belajar kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol, yaitu dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 85,00 untuk kelas eksperimen; 71,33 untuk kelas kontrol. Hasil uji-t dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 diketahui nilai Sig.2 tailed sebesar 0,000<0,05 sehingga dinyatakan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya ada perbedaan signifikan hasil belajar kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol pada saat posttest.

This research aims to examine: (1) The implementation of educational concept attainment model using pictures as media toward III grades student at elementary school of  Manukan Wetan I No. 144 Surabaya in Pancasila and civic education (PPKn) subject, (2) The impact of implementation of educational concept attainment model using pictures as media toward III grades student at elementary school of  Manukan Wetan I No. 144 Surabaya in Pancasila and civic education (PPKn) subject.

This research is experiment research with pretest posttest control group design. The technique of collecting data is through observation, documentation, and test. The analysis data technique was to find the impact of concept attainment model using picture as media and t-test with the helping of software SPSS 21.00 for windows.

The result of analysis data shows that the experiment class applied the concept attainment model using picture as media gets higher percentage of implementation education than a class which applied conventional learning, that is about 93,3% : 83,9 %. The posttest shows the average of learning result of experiment class higher than the control class, which the average value amount of 85,00 for experiment class; 71,33 for control class. T-test result with significant level of 0,05 with the known value Sig.2 tailed about 0,000<0,05 concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. It means there are the differences between experiment class and control class at posttest.
