The Relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Work-Life Balance in Warehouse Staff Employees of PT. X
This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between perceived organizational support and work-life balance on warehouse staff employees of PT. X. Quantitative approach method is used in this research. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling using all employees of the warehouse staff of PT. X who is in charge of handling spare parts storage is 34 employees. The instruments used in data collection are perceived organizational support scale and work-life balance scale which are presented in the form of a Likert scale. The hypothesis test used is the Pearson product moment correlation technique with the help of the SPSS 22 program. Based on the results of data analysis, the correlation coefficient value is 0.623 with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the variables perceived organizational support with work-life balance. The correlation coefficient value indicates that there is a positive and significant direction of the relationship, it can be interpreted that the higher or positive the perception of organizational support is, the higher the work-life balance’s warehouse staff employees of PT. X.
