PROGRAM KELAS INKLUSI BERBASIS INDUSTRI DI JURUSAN PERHOTELAN SMK
INDUSTRY BASED INCLUSION CLASS PROGRAM IN VOCATIONAL SCHOOL OF HOSPITALITY
ABSTRAK
Anak berkebutuhan khusus memiliki peluang kerja dibidang industri perhotelan. Dalam bidang industri perhotelan khususnya di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) memberi dukungan dengan mengadakan program pada kelas inklusif. Realisasi pemberian peluang mendapatkan lapangan pekerjaan dilakukan agar anak berkebutuhan khusus dapat bersaing memasuki dunia kerja. Keterampilan bidang perhotelan dibutuhkan oleh anak berkebutuhan khusus, agar anak memiliki ketrampilan kerja sesuai dengan kemampuannya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program kelas inklusif berbasis industri di jurusan perhotelan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus tunarungu sekolah menengah kejuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian literature review dengan mengkaji kumpulan literatur terkait sebagai sumber data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya program kelas inklusif berbasis industri di jurusan perhotelan anak berkebutuhan khusus tunarungu dapat menerima pendidikan setara dan menjadi jembatan untuk memasuki dunia kerja.

ABSTRACT
Children with special needs have job opportunities in the hotel industry. In the hospitality industry, especially in Vocational High Schools, they provide support by holding programs in inclusive classes. The realization of providing opportunities for employment is carried out so that children with special needs can compete to enter the world of work. Hospitality skills are needed by children with special needs, so that children have work skills according to their abilities. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of an industry-based inclusive classroom program in the hospitality department for children with special needs with hearing impairment in vocational high schools. This study uses a literature review research method by examining a collection of related literature as a data source. The results showed that the existence of an industry-based inclusive class program in the hospitality department for children with special needs with hearing impairment can receive equal education and become a bridge to enter the world of work.
