Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis data tentang evaluasi program double track dalam menungkatkan kompetensi lulusan di Kabupaten Gresik. Komponen evaluasi ditinjau dari konteks, masukan, proses, produk dan dampak pelaksanaan program double track di SMA Sunan Giri Gresik dan SMAM 8 Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian studi multi situs.
Hasil penelitian terkait evaluasi program double track dalam meningkatkan kompetensi lulusan (studi pada SMA di Kabupaten Gresik) menunjukkan bahwa (1) Evaluasi terhadap konteks program double track tergolong baik, aspek ini terdiri dari (a) Kesesuaian latar belakang dengan masalah yang ada di sekolah, (b) Kesesuaian tujuan program double track dengan kebijakan. (2) Evaluasi terhadap masukan program double track tergolong baik. Aspek input terdiri dari (a) Pemetaan peserta didik berdasarkan minat dan bakat, (b) Upaya peningkatan kompetensi tenaga pengajar, (c) Upaya peningkatan kesiapan pengelolaan program oleh sekolah melalui pengadaan sarana prasarana dan biaya. (3) Evaluasi terhadap proses program double track tergolong baik, aspek proses terdiri dari (a) persiapan pelaksanaan program dengan menyusun jadwal serta membentuk kelompok usaha siswa, (b) Pelaksanaan program dilakukan dengan pemberian materi, pembuatan produk, bersinergi dengan DUDI, memasarkan produk, (c) akhir pelaksanaan program dilakukan dengan ujian sertifikasi yang terdiri dari dua model yakni ujian teori berbasis komputer dan ujian praktik membuat produk. (4) Evaluasi terhadap produk program double track tergolong cukup baik, aspek produk terdiri dari (a) Nilai sertifikasi siswa program double track menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan siswa yang mengikuti program dinyatakan lolos dan berhak memperoleh sertifikat kompetensi sesuai dengan keahlian yang dipilih, (b) Adanya penghargaan dan prestasi yang diperoleh sekolah melalui pelaksanaan program double track, (c) Siswa menghasilkan karya berupa produk yang memiliki nilai jual dan dapat bersaing dengan produk yang ada di pasar. (5) Evaluasi terhadap dampak program double track dalam meningkatkan kompetensi lulusan menunjukkan cukup baik, kebermanfaatan pelaksanaan program antara lain (1) Bagi sekolah dapat meningkatkan citra positif (branding school) sehingga dapat meningkatkan animo masyarakat, (2) Bagi siswa dapat meningkatkan kompetensi yang dimiliki dan memberikan peluang lebih besar untuk bekerja secara mandiri.

This study aims to describe and analyze data on the evaluation of the double track program in increasing the competence of graduates in Gresik Regency. The evaluation component is reviewed from the context, input, process, product and impact of implementing the double track program at SMA Sunan Giri Gresik and SMAM 8 Gresik. This research uses a qualitative approach with a multi-site study research design.
The results of research related to the evaluation of the double track program in increasing graduate competence (a study at senior high school in Gresik) show that (1) Evaluation of the context of the double track program is quite good, this aspect consists of (a) Background compatibility with the problems that exist in the school, (b) Compatibility of the objectives of the double track program with policies. (2) Evaluation of inputs to the double track program is quite good. The input aspect consists of (a) Mapping of students based on interests and talents, (b) Efforts to increase the competence of teaching staff, (c) Efforts to increase the readiness of program management by schools through the procurement of infrastructure and costs. (3) The evaluation of the double track program process is quite good, the process aspects consist of (a) preparing for program implementation by compiling schedules and forming student business groups, (b) Program implementation is carried out by providing material, making products, synergizing with DUDI, marketing products , (c) the end of program implementation is carried out with a certification exam which consists of two models, namely a computer-based theoretical exam and a product-making practical exam. (4) The evaluation of the product of the double track program is quite good, the product aspects consist of (a) The certification value of the double track program students indicates that all students participating in the program have passed and are entitled to obtain competency certificates in accordance with the chosen expertise, (b) There are awards and achievements obtained by schools through the implementation of the double track program, (c) Students produce works in the form of products that have selling points and can compete with products on the market. (5) Evaluation of the impact of the double track program in increasing graduate competence shows quite good, the benefits of implementing the program include (1) For schools it can increase a positive image (branding school) so that it can increase public interest, (2) For students it can increase the competence owned and provide greater opportunities to work independently.
