PT. Industri Kemasan Semen Gresik (IKSG) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri pembuatan kantong semen. PT. Industri Kemasan Semen Gresik berdiri tahun 1992 dengan nama PT. Prima Kemas Indonesia, dengan bidang usaha pembuatan kantong dan kemasan industri.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh quality of work life dan perceived organizational support terhadap organizational commitment melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada PT Industri Kemasan Semen Gresik. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kausal yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 211 karyawan tetap dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling dengan sampel 138 karyawan tetap. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software AMOS 23.0.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa quality of work life dan perceived organizational support berpengruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational commitment, quality of work life dan perceived organizational support tidak berpengaruh sigifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja tidak dapat menjadi variabel intervening antara quality of work life dan perceived organizational support terhadap organizational commitment.

This research aims to determine and explain the effect of quality of work life and perceived organizational support to organizational commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT IndustriKemasan Semen Gresik. This research is a type of causal research using quantitative approach with population of 211 permanent employees and sampling technique using proportionate stratified random sampling with sample of 138 permanent employees. Statistical analysis used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance software AMOS 23.0.
The results of this research show that quality of work life and perceived organizational support has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, quality of work life and perceived organizational support has no significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction can not be an intervening variable between quality of work life and perceived organizational support variable toward organizational commitment.
