Efektivitas Bimbingan Kelompok Teknik Problem Solving untuk Meningkatkan Self-Efficacy Karir Siswa Kelas XII-SCI SMAN 1 Krian

The Effectiveness of Group Guidance on Problem Solving Techniques to Improve Career Self-Efficacy of Class XII-SCI Student of SMAN 1 Krian 

Self-efficacy karir atau keyakinan diri terkait kemampuan untuk merencanakan dan mencapai tujuan karir, memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan lulusan SMA di pasar kerja. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui efektivitas layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik problem solving untuk meningkatkan self-efficacy karir pada siswa kelas XII-SCI SMAN 1 Krian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian pre-experimental one group pre-test post-test, serta analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistic non parametric yaitu uji wilcoxon. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan instrumen angket kuesioner guna mengukur tingkat self-efficacy karir peserta siswa kelas XII-SCI SMAN 1 Krian.

Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah delapan (8) peserta didik kelas XII-SCI yang memiliki kecenderungan self-efficacy karir rendah. Pada penelitian ini terlihat perubahan peserta didik dari rata-rata peningkatan yang diperoleh sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan treatment sebesar 20,25 poin. Berdasarkan pada hasil interpretasi uji wilcoxon dengan bantuan SPSS Statistics 26 For Windows diperoleh nilai Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,012 karena 0,012 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima, dengan demikian dapat diartikan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik problem solving efektif untuk meningkatkan self-efficacy karir pada siswa kelas XII-SCI SMAN 1 Krian. Berdasarkan pada hasil tersebut, diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi berbagai pihak. Bagi peneliti lain serta guru bimbingan dan konseling dapat melaksanakan bimbingan kelompok dengan anggota kelompok yang heterogen atau lebih variatif. Sehingga, bimbingan kelompok ke depannya akan menjadi lebih berkembang

Career self-efficacy or self-confidence regarding the ability to plan and achieve career goals, has an important role in determining the success of high school graduates in the job market. This research is to determine the effectiveness of problem solving technique group guidance services to increase career self-efficacy in class XII-SCI students at SMAN 1 Krian. The research method used is a quantitative method with a pre-experimental one group pre-test post-test research design, and data analysis in this research uses non-parametric statistics, namely the Wilcoxon test. The data collected used was a questionnaire instrument to measure the level of career self-efficacy of class XII-SCI student participants at SMAN 1 Krian.

The research subjects in this study were eight (8) class XII-SCI students who tended to have low career self-efficacy. In this study, it was seen that the change in students from the average increase obtained before and after receiving treatment was 20.25 points. Based on the results of the interpretation of the Wilcoxon test with the help of SPSS Statistics 26 For Windows, the Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) value was 0.012 because 0.012 < 0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, thus it can be interpreted that the problem solving technique group guidance service is effective to increase career self-efficacy in class XII-SCI students at SMAN 1 Krian. Based on these results, it is hoped that the results of this research can become a reference for various parties. Other researchers and guidance and counseling teachers can carry out group guidance with heterogeneous or more varied group members. So, group guidance in the future will be more developed.
