THE ROLE OF SCHOOL PRINCIPALS AND TEACHERS IN MANAGING THE PANCASILA STUDENT PROFILE STRENGTHENING PROJECT PROGRAM (P5) AT SDN 2 CAKRANEGARA MATARAM
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dan guru
dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program Proyek Penguatan Profil
Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di SDN 2 Cakranegara Mataram. Penelitian menggunakan
pendekatan kualitatif dan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data primer
pada penelitian ini yakni kepala sekolah, guru, wakil kepala sekolah bagian
kurikulum, wali kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi,
wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan menggunakan uji
kredibilitas, yang terdiri dari triangulasi teknik, triangulasi sumber, dan member
check. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu pengumpulan data, kondensasi
data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu peran kepala sekolah
dan guru dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program P5 yang terjadi di
SDN 2 Cakranegara Mataram yang telah dilakukan dengan prosedur yang sudah
berlaku.

This study aims to determine the role of the principal and teachers in the
planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Pancasila Student Profile
Strengthening Project (P5) program at SDN 2 Cakranegara Mataram. The study
used a qualitative approach and a case study research design. The primary data
sources in this study were the principal, teachers, vice principals for curriculum,
and homeroom teachers. The data collection techniques used were observation,
interviews, and documentation studies. The data validity test was carried out using
a credibility test, which consisted of technical triangulation, source triangulation,
and member check. The data analysis techniques used were data collection, data
condensation, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study were the
roles of the principal and teachers in the planning, implementation, and evaluation
of the P5 program that occurred at SDN 2 Cakranegara Mataram which had been
carried out with existing procedures.
