Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kesesuaian antara kegiatan pada RPP dan pelaksanaan pembelajarannya pada tema Nanji desuka mata pelajaran bahasa Jepang. Guru perlu untuk berpegang pada rencana yang telah disusun dalam bentuk RPP dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Perencanaan langkah-langkah kegiatan pembelajaran yang telah disusun oleh guru perlu diterapkan dengan baik dan terarah untuk dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Sebab itu RPP harus dibuat, dikembangkan, dan dilaksanakan oleh guru dengan baik. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang sesungguhnya di kelas, belum diketahui apakah guru sudah melaksanakan RPP dengan baik dan sesuai. Sehingga belum diketahui seberapa besar kesesuaian antara pelaksanaan pembelajaran di dalam kelas dengan rencana pelaksanaan kegiatan pembalajaran yang tersusun dalam RPP.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis komparatif. Analisis komparatif yaitu membandingkan persamaan maupun perbedaan dua atau lebih fenomena yang ditemukan pada objek yang diteliti. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah 1. lembar observasi, 2. alat perekam berupa a. kamera smartphone dari Redmi Note 5, b. Canon EOS 1300d, c. Canon Powershot SX410 yang menghasilkan rekaman berupa video dan audio, dan 3. pedoman wawancara. Teknik wawancara yang digunakan adalah wawancara tidak terstruktur. Wawancara dilakukan kepada guru yang bersangkutan.
Dari keseluruhan analisis terhadap kesesuaian RPP yang digunakan terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran di kelas telah didapatkan hasil. Tingkat kesesuaian RPP dengan pelaksanaan pembelajarannya secara rata-rata berada pada persentase 77 persen dan masuk pada kategori tinggi. Persentase rataan 77 persen tersebut didapatkan dari hasil di tiga kelas yang berbeda. Pada kelas yang pertama X-IIS 4 berada pada persentase 72 persen dengan kategori baik. Kelas yang kedua X-IIS 2 berada pada persentase 78 persen dengan kategori baik. Kelas yang ketiga X-IIS 3 berada pada poin 83 persen dengan kategori sangat baik, dan menjadi kelas dengan tingkat kesesuaian antara RPP dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang paling tinggi. Kemudian dari sisi tahapannya tahap kegiatan inti adalah tahap yang paling sesuai dengan RPP dengan persentase 100 persen. Kegiatan awal memiliki persentase 60 persen dan masuk pada kategori cukup. Sedangkan kegiatan akhir memiliki persentase paling rendah dengan persentase 33 persen, dan masuk pada kategori rendah.
This research aims to find out and describe the suitability of the activities in the lesson plan and the implementation of the learning on the theme of Nanji desuka Japanese subjects. The teachers need to stick to the plans prepared in the form of lesson plans during the implementation of learning activities in the classroom. The planning of the steps of learning activities prepared by the teachers needs to be implemented well and directed to be able to achieve the learning objectives. Therefore lesson plan must be properly made, developed and implemented by the teacher. In the actual implementation of learning in the classroom, it is not known whether the teacher has implemented the lesson plans properly and appropriately. So it is not known how much is the compatibility between the implementation of learning in the classroom with the planned implementation of learning activities that are arranged in the lesson plan.
This research is a qualitative descriptive study by using the comparative analysis method. A comparative analysis is comparing the similarities or differences of two or more phenomena found in the object under the study. The instruments in this study were 1. observation sheets, 2. recording devices in the form of a. smartphone cameras from Redmi Note 5, b. Canon EOS 1300d, c. Canon Powershot SX410 which produced video and audio recordings, and 3. interview guidelines. The interview technique used was unstructured interviews. Interviews were conducted with the teacher concerned.
The overall analysis of the suitability of the Lesson plan which is used towards the implementation of learning in class obtained results; the level of suitability of the lesson plan with the implementation of learning on average was at a percentage of 77 percent and fell into the high category. The average percentage of 77 percent was obtained from results in three different classes. In the first class X-IIS 4 was 72 percent with a good category. The second class X-IIS 2 was at a percentage of 78 percent with a good category. The third class X-IIS 3 was 83 percent in the very good category, and became the class with the highest level of agreement between the lesson plans and the highest learning implementation. In addition, in terms of stages, the core activity stage was the most appropriate stage with the lesson plan with a percentage of 100 percent. Initial activities had a percentage of 60 percent and fell into the sufficient category. While the final activity had the lowest percentage with a percentage of 33 percent, and fell into the low category.
