Teknik tendangan mawashi geri adalah teknik tendangan dasar
yang umum digunakan, karena merupakan teknik tendangan
yang paling cepat dan efektif untuk melancarkan serangan dalam
suatu pertandingan. Namun kebanyakan atlet terkesan lambat
dan kurang cepat saat melakukan tendangan mawashi geri,
sehingga tendangan atlet tersebut mudah ditangkap oleh lawan
dan dihindari lawan selama pertandingan berlangsung.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh
four cone drill terhadap frekuensi kecepatan tendangan mawashi
geri pada atlet Shorinji Kempo untuk memaksimalkan
keterampilan teknis dan taktis atlet selama pertandingan.
Terlepas dari atlet selama pertandingan, ini dapat membantu
pelatih mempersiapkan atletnya dengan lebih baik, lebih efisien
dan efektif.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
eksperimen semu. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah “one-group pre-test-post-test design”. Alat
penelitian menggunakan tes tendangan mawashi geri yang

Because it is the fastest and most efficient kick technique for
launching attacks during a match, the mawashi geri kick technique is a
common basic kick technique. Nonetheless, most competitors appear to
be slow and not quick while doing mawashi geri kicks, with the goal that
the competitor's kick is handily gotten by the adversary and stayed away
from by the rival during the match.
In order to maximize the athlete's technical and tactical skills
during competition, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect
of four cone drills on the frequency of mawashi geri kick speed in
Shorinji Kempo athletes. It can assist coaches in better, more effective,
and efficient preparation of their athletes, regardless of the athlete's
performance during the game.
This research employs a quasi-experimental approach. The
examination configuration utilized in this review was "one-bunch pre-
test-post-test plan". The exploration instrument utilizes the mawashi
geri kick test directed by Simbolo and Siahaan for of estimating
competitor's kick speed. The exploration subjects were Shorinji Kempo
Dojo Perak competitors, adding up to 6 athletes.. Information
investigation procedures utilizing t-test at an importance level of 5%.
