Hubungan Kecemasan Terhadap Hasil Tes Ketepatan Tendangan Penalti Pada Tim Sekolah Sepak Bola Benteng FC Ngawi 

The Relationship of Anxiety To The Results of The Penalty Kick Accuracy Test On The Benteng FC Football School Team

                Sepak bola merupakan permainan yang dimainkan oleh dua regu berlawanan, dengan sebelas pemain disetiap regu. Tendangan penalti merupakan metode menendang dalam permainan sepak bola, yang dilakukan dari titik penalti berjarak sebelas meter dari garis gawang. Kecemasan merupakan suatu keadaan yang tidak mengenakan yang ditandai dengan rasa khawatir, gugup, gelisah, ketakutan yang dialami seseorang pada tingkat yang berbeda-beda. Diharapkan setiap pemain yang akan melakukan tendangan penalti memiliki tingkat kecemasan yang rendah sehingga tendangan yang dilakukan tepat pada sasaran.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kecemasan terhadap hasil tes ketepatan tendangan penalti, dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar sumbangan tingkat kecemasan terhadap hasil tes ketepatan tendangan penalti. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 25 pemain dari sekolah sepak bola Benteng FC Ngawi yang berusia 17-20 tahun. Pengambilan data berupa angket tingkat kecemasan dan tes ketepatan tendangan penalti kepada tim sekolah sepak bola Benteng FC.

Hasil dari penelitian ini yang telah dihitung menggunakan aplikasi SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) 25 diketahui nilai rata-rata dari angket tingkat kecemasan yaitu 31,32 dengan standar deviasi sebesar 10,866. Nilai maksimum variabel kepercayaan diri sebesar 65 dan minimumnya sebesar 22. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata untuk tes ketepatan tendangan penalti yaitu 6,84 dengan standar deviasi sebesar 2,92. Nilai maksimum skor ketepatan tendangan penalti sebesar 12 dan nilai minimumnya 2. Sedangkan korelasi product moment diketahui memperoleh nilai r-hitung -0,600.

Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebagai berikut; Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kecemasan dengan hasil tes ketepatan tendangan penalti pada tim sekolah sepak bola Benteng FC Ngawi Kategori Usia 17-20 tahun, Besarnya hubungan tingkat kecemasan dengan hasil tes ketepatan tendangan penalti pada tim sekolah sepak bola Benteng FC Ngawi Usia 17-20 tahun yaitu sebesar 36%.

Football is a game played by two opposing teams, with eleven players in each team. Penalty kick is a method of kicking in a soccer game, which is done from the penalty spot is eleven meters from the goal line. Anxiety is a condition that is not wearing which is characterized by worry, nervousness, anxiety, fear experienced by someone at different levels. It is expected that every player who will take the penalty shoot has a low level of anxiety so that the kick is taken right on target.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of anxiety levels to the accuracy of the penalty kick test, and to find out how much the level of anxiety contributed to the accuracy of the penalty kick test results. The method in this study uses a correlational research method with a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample in this study was 25 players from the Benteng FC Ngawi soccer school aged 17-20 years. Retrieval of data in the form of an anxiety level questionnaire and test the accuracy of the penalty kick to the Fort FC soccer school team.

The results of this study were calculated using the SPSS application (Statistical Package for the Social Science) 25 known the average value of the anxiety level questionnaire is 31.32 with a standard deviation of 10.866. The maximum value of the confidence variable is 65 and the minimum is 22. While the average value for the accuracy of the penalty kick test is 6,84 with a standard deviation of 2,92. The maximum score of the penalty kick accuracy is 12 and the minimum value is 2. While the product moment correlation is known to get an r-count of -0,600.

The conclusions in this study are as follows; There is a significant relationship between the level of anxiety with the results of the penalty kick test accuracy on the Benteng FC Ngawi school football team Age 17-20 years category, The magnitude of the relationship between the level of anxiety with the results of the penalty kick test accuracy on the Benteng FC Ngawi soccer school team Age 17-20 year which is 36%.
