Penelitian ini mengembangkan Lembar Kegiatan Perserta Didik (LKPD) Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) pada mata pelajaran ekonomi SMA kelas XI / semester 1. LKPD ini diujikan terbatas pada 20 peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan LKPD yang layak, mendiskripsikan respon peserta didik dan mendiskripsikan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Reseach and Development (R&D) menggunakan model 4D meliputi tahap define, design, develop and disseminate. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan sampai akhir yaitu penyebaran (disseminate) yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Cerme.
Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui lembar telaah dan penilaian validasi LKPD yang diisi oleh 4 validator, terdiri dari 3 dosen dan 1 guru. Aspek yang dinilai meliputi validasi materi, bahasa, dan kegrafikan. Hasil Analisis data menunjukkan setiap kelayakan materi memperoleh persentase 89%, kelayakan bahasa 74%, dan kelayakan grafis 90%. Semua persentase menunjukkan kategori sangat kuat atau bisa disebut sangat layak. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, LKPD HOTS yang dikembangkan dinilai sudah valid.
This research developed a student activity sheet (Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik) of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in economics subjects for eleventh-grade students at the 1st semester. This sheet was tested limited to 20 students. The purpose of this research was resulting the proper sheet of LKPD, presenting the students’ response and describing the high-level thinking skill of students. The research design of this research was a Research and Development (R&D) which was using a 4D model including some stages: define, design, develop and disseminate. In this research, the researcher carried out until the end of the disseminate stage which was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Cerme.
The data collection was obtained through a review sheet and LKPD validation assessment filled by 4 validators consisting of 3 lecturers and 1 teacher. The aspect assessed was including material validation, language and graphics. The results of the data analysis showed that each material eligibility was 89%, language feasibility was 74% and graphic feasibility was 90%. All percentages indicated a very strong category that could be categorized as very feasible. Based on the result above, the developed LKPD HOTS was considered valid.
