Proposal penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan program posyandu lansia dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan lansia di Posyandu lansia anggrek Desa Jatigede, Kec. Sumberrejo, Kab. Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini akan fokus pada pemahaman tentang pelaksanaan program posyandu lansia, pelayanan yang diberikan kepada lansia, partisipasi lansia dan masyarakat, serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan lansia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian diskriptif kualitatif. Data akan dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan/observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan pengelola posyandu lansia anggrek, petugas kesehatan, lansia, dan anggota masyarakat. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan untuk uji keabsahan data penelitian menggunakan triangulasi data. x Berdasarkan hasil analisis pelaksanaan posyandu lansia dan kesejahteraan lansia di Desa Jatigede ini mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan upaya kader dalam memotivasi para lansia untuk berpartisipasi aktif telah membuahkan hasil. Kegiatan kesehatan yang positif seperti seperti kegiatan pemeriksaan kesehatan, senam lansia, siraman rohani, pemenuhan gizi lansia, pembinaan psikologis lansia juga menghasilkan antusias yang cukup baik dari para lansia di Desa Jatigede. Sehingga dapat dinyatakan secara gamblang bahwa program posyandu lansia anggrek berhasil meningkatkan kesejahteraan lansia di Desa Jatigede Kec. Sumberrejo Kab. Bojonegoro.

This research proposal aims to analyze the implementation of the elderly posyandu program in improving the well-being of the elderly at the Orchid Elderly Posyandu in the Village of Jatigede, Sumberrejo Subdistrict, Bojonegoro District. The study will focus on understanding the implementation of the elderly posyandu program, the services provided to the elderly, the participation of the elderly and the community, and its impact on improving the well-being of the elderly. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research. Data will be collected through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews with the managers of the Orchid Elderly Posyandu, healthcare workers, the elderly, and community members. Data analysis techniques in this study include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Triangulation of data will be used to ensure data validity.

Based on the analysis, the implementation of the elderly posyandu program and the well-being of the elderly in the Village of Jatigede have shown improvement. This is evidenced by the efforts of the cadres in motivating the elderly to actively participate, which have yielded positive results. Positive health activities such as health check-ups, elderly exercises, spiritual guidance, nutritional support for the elderly, and psychological support have also generated significant enthusiasm among the elderly in the Village of Jatigede. Therefore, it can be conclusively stated that the Orchid Elderly Posyandu program has successfully improved the well-being of the elderly in the Village of Jatigede, Sumberrejo Subdistrict, Bojonegoro District.
