Penerapan metode reward dan punishment merupakan salah satu alat pendidikan untuk memberikan motivasi belajar pada siswa dalam memperbaiki kualitas belajar siswa atau self-regulated learning. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh reward and punishment terhadap self-regulated learning siswa pada mata pelajaran Busana Industri di kelas XI Busana Butik 3 SMKN 3 Kediri.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari sampai Februari di SMKN 3 Kediri kelas XI Busana Butik 3 tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan observasi dengan jumlah observer 3 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar pengamatan self-regulated learning sebanyak 34 siswa. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dengan rumus prosentase.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh reward and punishment terhadap self-regulated learning siswa pada aspek evaluasi diri 90% kategori sangat baik, penyusunan dan perencanaan tujuan 88% kategori sangat baik, pencarian dokumen dan monitoring 82% kategori sangat baik, konsekuensi diri 85% kategori sangat baik, dan pencarian bantuan sosial 86% kategori sangat baik.

The application of reward and punishment method is one of the educational tools to provide motivation for students in improving their quality on learning or self-regulated learning. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of reward and punishment on self-regulated learning of students in the Industrial Clothing subjects of XI Clothing Boutique 3 SMKN 3 Kediri.
This type of research is an experimental was conducted from January to February in SMKN 3 Kediri who attending in class of XI fashion boutique 3 academic year 2018/2019. Data retrieval method using observations with the number of observer 3 people. The instrument used is a self-regulated learning observation sheet of 34 students. The data analysis method uses descriptive with the percentage formula.
The results showed that there were effects of reward and punishment on students’ self-regulated learning. The effects on self-evaluation aspect was categorized 90% very good, 88% goal planning and planning categorized very well, document search and monitoring 82% categorized very good category, 85% self-category consequences very good, and search for social assistance 86% categorized very good.
