EVALUATION OF PHYSICAL CONDITION TEST ITEMS FOR FOOTBALL SPORTS BRANCH OF JATIM PUSLATDA 2024
Seorang atlet Sepakbola harus memiliki kualitas fisik yang sangat prima, karena guna untuk mempengaruhi perfoma dalam suatu proses untuk mencapai sebuah prestasi. Atlet Sepakbola yang mempunyai kualitas fisik yang sangat prima dan menguasai teknik-teknik dalam permainan Sepakbola maka capaian prestasi pasti begitu mudah untuk diraih, karena atlet tersebut menguasai komponen utama berupa kualitas kondisi fisik yang baik dan mampu menguasai teknik dengan benar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang bersifat sekunder atau data yang tersedia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan 26 atlet Puslatda Sepakbola Jawa Timur Kemampuan kondisi fisik dalam Sepakbola perlu diukur secara objektif melalui item tes kondisi fisik, agar aspek-aspek seperti daya tahan, kecepatan, kekuatan, dan kelincahan dapat dievaluasi secara menyeluruh dan digunakan sebagai dasar penyusunan program latihan yang tepat sasaran. Berikut rata-rata item tes Sepakbola Puslatda Jatim: Sit Up 37.34, Single Leg Squat (kanan) 6.42 (kiri) 5.41, Russian Twist 10.75, Chin Up 6.15, Superman Back Hold 43.38, Medicine Ball Throw 6.05, Dips 10.5, 20-metre Sprint 3.17, Ilinois 16.13, Vertical Jump 63.53, Triple Jump 6.96, Angkle Flexibility (kanan) 12.1 (kiri) 13.11, Upper Body Flexibility (kanan,kiri,belakang) 1, Sit and Reach 18.61, Beep Test (MFT) 50.78. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian evaluasi standar tes kondisi fisik atlet Sepakbola, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar item tes menunjukkan kategori baik hingga sedang, dengan item seperti Russian Twist, 20-metre Sprint, dan Vertical Jump tergolong baik, sementara beberapa komponen seperti Sit Up, Single Leg Squat (kanan), dan Beep Test MFT berada pada kategori sedang namun demikian, terdapat pula aspek yang masih perlu ditingkatkan, seperti Single Leg Squat (kiri) dan Chin Up yang masuk dalam kategori kurang, sehingga diperlukan program latihan yang lebih terfokus untuk memperbaiki ketidakseimbangan dan kekuatan tubuh bagian atas.

A Football athlete must have excellent physical quality, because it is used to influence performance in a process to achieve an achievement. Football athletes who have excellent physical quality and master the techniques in the game of football, then the achievement of achievement will definitely be easy to achieve, because the athlete masters the main components in the form of good physical condition quality and is able to master the technique correctly. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method that is secondary or available data. This research method uses 26 athletes of the East Java Football Puslatda. Physical condition abilities in Football need to be measured objectively through physical condition test items, so that aspects such as endurance, speed, strength, and agility can be evaluated comprehensively and used as a basis for compiling a targeted training program. Based on the results of the evaluation study of the physical condition test standards for soccer athletes, it can be concluded that most of the test items show good to moderate categories, with items such as Russian Twist, 20-metre Sprint, and Vertical Jump being classified as good, while several components such as Sit Up, Single Leg Squat (right), and Beep Test MFT are in the moderate category, however, there are also aspects that still need to be improved, such as Single Leg Squat (left) and Chin Up which are in the poor category, so a more focused training program is needed to improve the imbalance and strength of the upper body.
