Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pengimplementasian TQM berbasis nilai-nilai kearifan pesantren di SMA Assa’adah guna meningkatkan mutu sesuai dengan tujuan dan kebutuhan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik kondensasi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data. untuk menguji keabsahan data tersebut menggunakan teknik-teknik meliputi: kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Quality control dalam implementasi TQM berbasis nilai-nilai kearifan lokal pesantren di SMA Assa’adah diterapkan melalui beberapa kegiatan yang bertujuan meningkatkan mutu seperti Pembiasaan hafalan juz ‘amma, Finger print dan sms gateway, Pemberian phunisment dan reward, tes dan persyaratan untuk input/ calon siswa, Pengontrolan kedisiplinan oleh tim ketertiban., LDKS plus dan PBB dan sebagainya. (2) Quality assurance dalam implementasi TQM berbasis nilai-nilai kearifan lokal pesantren di SMA Assa’adah diterapkan melalui beberapa kegiatan seperti Evaluasi, Prinsip ASWAJA, Hafal juz ‘amma, Pondok aswaja, Penerapan budaya baca dan literasi 4 bahasa, tambahan pelajaran keterampilan Al-qur’an, Persyaratan’kelulusan, Pengadaan LDKS plus dan sebagainya. (3) Keterlibatan sumber daya manusia dalam implementasi TQM berbasis nilai-nilai kearifan lokal pesantren di SMA Assa’adah yang merupakan faktor pendukung keberhasilan seperti Pembagian tugas tiap bidang, keterlibatan SDM dalam acara HAUL dan hari besr lainnya, Program OSIS dan keterlibatan OSIS beserta MPK, Kegiatan Bakti Sosial dan sebagainya. (4) Kearifan lokal yang dimiliki dalam implementasi TQM berbasis nilai-nilai kearifan lokal pesantren di SMA Assa’adah Bungah Gresik juga merupakan faktor pendorong keberhasilan mutu di SMA Assa’adah seperti : waktu Istirahat 2x, Penyediaan buku wirid khas SMA Assa’adah, Sanad keilmuan Rasulallah, Kelas takhfidz, HAUL akbar, komunikasi 4 bahasa, Kelas disucikan Kurikulum mix dan sebagainya.

The purpose of this research is to describe how the implementation of TQM based on the values local wisdom of islamic boarding school at Assa'adah High School, in order to improve the quality in accordance with the goals and needs. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, with a case study research design. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews, observation and documentation studies. The data obtained is then analyzed by data condensation techniques, data presentation, data verification. To test the validity of the data using techniques include: credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmation.
The results showed (1) Quality control in the implementation of TQM based on the values of the islamic boarding school’s local wisdom in Assa'adah High S1’chool applied through several activities aimed at improving quality such as memorizing juz 'amma, Finger print and sms gateways, Giving punishment and rewards, tests and requirements for input / prospective students, controlling discipline by the order team, LDKS plus and PBB and etc. (2) Quality assurance in the implementation of TQM based on the values of the islamic boarding school’s local wisdom in Assa'adah High School is implemented through several activities such as Evaluation, ASWAJA principles, Memorizing juz 'amma, Pondok aswaja, Application of reading culture and 4 languages literacy, additional Qur'anic skills lessons, graduation requirements, procurement of LDKS plus and etc. (3) The involvement of human resources in the implementation of TQM is based on the values of the islamic boarding school’s local wisdom in Assa'adah High School which are success supporting factors such as division of tasks for each field, involvement of Human Relation in HAUL and other big days, Student Council Program and involvement of Student Council and MPK , Social Service Activities and etc. (4) Local wisdom possessed in the implementation of TQM based on the values of local Islamic boarding school’s in Assa'adah Bungah Gresik High School is also a driving factor for quality success in Assa'adah High School such as: 2x Break time, Provision of Assa'adah High School wirid books, Sanad Rasulallah scholarship, takhfidz class, HAUL akbar, 4 language communication, Class purified, Mix Curriculum and etc.
