Pelaksanaan Layanan Konseling Adiksi pada Anak Berhadapan dengan Hukum di Panti Rehabilitasi

Implementation of Addiction Counseling Services for Children in Conflict with the Law in Rehabilitation Homes

Pengguna narkoba kini sudah merambah kalangan siswa sekolah menengah pertama, hal itu menyebabkan berbagai macam dampak negatif baik dari segi hukum, fisik, psikis, moral dan masa depan anak. Anak pengguna narkoba yang diproses secara hukum disebut Anak Berhadapan Hukum (ABH). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan layanan konseling ABH di panti rehabilitasi. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik snowball sampling dan menggunakan pedoman wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Adapun jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 4 orang yang terdiri dari direktur yayasan, konselor adiksi, anak berhadapan hukum dan orangtua ABH. Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai proses pelaksanaan layanan konseling di panti rehabilitasi pecandu narkoba dengan metode konseling yang digunakan yaitu konseling individu, konseling kelompok dan konseling keluarga dengan menggunakan pendekatan behavioristik, persuasif, MI (Motivation Interview), family concept dan CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy). Keberhasilan rehabilitasi sangat bergantung pada kooperasi klien dan efektivitas metode konseling yang diterapkan.

Drug users have now penetrated junior high school students, this causes various kinds of negative impacts both in terms of law, physical, psychological, moral and children's future. Children who use drugs who are processed legally are called Children in Conflict with the Law (ABH). This research aims to determine the process of implementing ABH counseling services in rehabilitation homes. This research design is descriptive qualitative with a snowball sampling technique and uses interview guides and documentation as data collection techniques. The number of subjects in this research was 4 people consisting of foundation directors, addiction counselors, children in conflict with the law and ABH parents. The results of the research provide a comprehensive picture of the process of implementing counseling services in rehabilitation centers for drug addicts with the counseling methods used, namely individual counseling, group counseling and family counseling using behavioristic, persuasive, MI (Motivation Interview), family concept and CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) approaches. ). The success of rehabilitation depends greatly on client cooperation and the effectiveness of the counseling methods applied.
