Implementation of PIECES Framework towards User Satisfaction of Bibit Mutual Fund Investment Application

Meningkatnya jumlah pengguna internet di Indonesia juga beriringan dengan peningkatan jumlah investor di Indonesia. Berdasarkan data dari KSEI menunjukkan bahwa dalam waktu tiga tahun terakhir hingga tahun 2022, instrument investasi Reksa Dana memiliki peningkatan yang lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan instrument investasi yang lain. Aplikasi Bibit menjadi salah satu platform yang digunakan oleh para investor reksa dana. Dalam penelitian ini akan mengimplementasikan PIECES Framework terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Bibit. Sehingga akan diketahui variabelmana saja dari PIECES Framework yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan penggunaaplikasi Bibit. Hipotesis yang dibuat oleh peneliti berdasarkan variabel dari PIECES Framework terhadap variabel User Satisfaction. terdapat tiga yang diterima yaitu, Information and Data, Economics, Service. Sedangkan tiga hipotesis yang lain ditolak, yaitu Performance, Control and Security, dan Efficiency. Semua hipotesis yang diterima memiliki pengaruh sifnifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Bibit.

The increasing number of internet users in Indonesia also goes hand in hand with the increase in the number of investors in Indonesia. Based on data from KSEI, shows that in the last three years until 2022, mutual fund investment instruments have a more significant increase when compared to other investment instruments. The Bibit application is one of the platforms used by mutual fund investors. In this study, we will implement the PIECES Framework for user satisfaction with the Bibit application. It will be known which variables of the PIECES Framework influence user satisfaction with the Bibit application. The hypothesis created by the researcher is based on variables from the PIECES Framework against the User Satisfaction variable. There are three accepted, namely, Information and Data, Economics, and Service. Meanwhile, three other hypotheses are rejected: Performance, Control and Security, and Efficiency. All accepted hypotheses significantly influence user satisfaction with the Bibit application.
