Pengaruh Permainan Tradisional LOBAK Sirkuit Terhadap Kemampuan Keseimbangan Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun
The Effect of the Traditional LOBAK Circuit Game on the Balance Ability of Children Aged 4-5 Years
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengatasi kemampuan keseimbangan dinamis anak yang kurang optimal dan perlu ditingkatkan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan tradisional LOBAK sirkuit terhadap kemampuan keseimbangan anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Muslimat NU 30 Nurul Ulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif desain One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design dengan subjek 16 anak kelompok TK A. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,001 karena hasil dari signifikasi lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka H0 ditolak, sehingga Ha diterima. Adanya perbedaan nilai rata-rata pretest dan posttest dimana hasil post-test mengalami kenaikan nilai skor sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh permainan tradisional LOBAK sirkuit terhadap kemampuan keseimbangan anak usia 4-5 tahun. Saran yang dikemukakan diharapkan guru dapat memanfaatkan permainan tersebut untuk meningkatkan kemampuan keseimbangan anak dan peneliti lain dapat menggunakan permainan tersebut dengan aspek perkembangan yang lain.

This research was conducted to overcome children's dynamic balance abilities which are less than optimal and need to be improved. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of the traditional LOBAK circuit game on the balance abilities of children aged 4-5 years at Muslimat NU 30 Nurul Ulum Kindergarten. This research used a quantitative approach to the One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design with 16 children in Kindergarten Group A as the subject. The data collection technique used observation, while data analysis used the Wilcoxon test. Based on the calculation results, it shows that Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.001 because the result of significance is smaller than 0.05, so H0 is rejected, so Ha is accepted. There is a difference in the average value of the pretest and posttest, where the post-test results have increased in score, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of the traditional LOBAK circuit game on the balance ability of children aged 4-5 years. The suggestions put forward are hoped that teachers can use this game to improve children's balance abilities and other researchers can use this game with other aspects of development.
