The Influence of Self Efficacy and Social Support on Work Readiness of Business Digital Students at SMKS NU Gresik.
Memasuki dunia kerja memerlukan kesiapan yang matang mengingat tantangan dan persaingan yang semakin kompleks. Ketidakseimbangan antara jumlah pencari kerja dengan lapangan pekerjaan yang tersedia menjadi faktor penyebab tingginya angka pengangguran, termasuk di kalangan lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Berdasarkan data tracer study Program Keahlian Bisnis Digital SMKS NU Gresik, masih terdapat lulusan yang belum berhasil mendapatkan pekerjaan setelah lulus. Padahal, SMK dirancang untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang siap kerja melalui pembekalan keterampilan teknis dan vokasional. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa lulusan SMK masih menghadapi kesulitan dalam memperoleh pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy dan social support terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa bisnis digital SMKS NU Gresik.
Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan merupakan metode kuantitatif, dengan data utama diperoleh langsung dari responden melalui pengisian kuesioner yang disebarkan menggunakan tautan google form. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwasanya Self efficacy berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa Bisnis Digital SMKS NU Gresik. Social support berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa Bisnis Digital SMKS NU Gresik. Self efficacy dan social support berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa Bisnis Digital SMKS NU Gresik.

Entering the workforce requires thorough preparation, considering the increasingly complex challenges and competition. The imbalance between the number of job seekers and the available job opportunities is one of the main factors contributing to the high unemployment rate, including among graduates of Vocational High Schools (SMK). Based on tracer study data from the Digital Business Program at SMKS NU Gresik, there are still graduates who have not successfully obtained employment after graduation. In fact, vocational schools are designed to produce work-ready graduates through the provision of technical and vocational skills during their education. This indicates that SMK graduates still face difficulties in securing employment. This study aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy and social support on the work readiness of Digital Business students at SMKS NU Gresik.
This research uses a quantitative approach, with primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed via a Google Form link. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and processed with IBM SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy has a significant effect on the work readiness of Digital Business students at SMKS NU Gresik. Social support also significantly affects the work readiness of these students. Moreover, self-efficacy and social support simultaneously influence the work readiness of Digital Business students at SMKS NU Gresik.
