Mobile-Based Employee Presence Application to Improve Employee Discipline at Work Using the Location-Based Service (LBS) Method at PT. Teknolab Caraka Internasional

Dalam kehadiran karyawan merupakan faktor kunci bagi instansi dan perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuannya. PT. Teknolab Caraka Internasional menerapkan sistem presensi yang menggunakan teknologi fingerprint. Dalam penerapan presensi yang menggunakan fingerprint. Pada sistem presensi tersebut masih belum memenuhi kebutuhan dan kurang maksimal. oleh karena itu, terciptalah aplikasi presensi karyawan menggunakan metode Location Based Service (LBS). Metode Ini termasuk layanan geografis yang diakses karyawan di ponsel mereka melalui koneksi jaringan seluler untuk memetakan lokasi dan mengidentifikasi lokasi karyawan saat menerapkan persyaratan kehadiran. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan framework Flutter dan menggunakan framework Laravel sebagai backend aplikasi. Tujuan dari aplikasi ini adalah untuk membuat sistem layanan presensi karyawan yang berbasis mobile dengan menghasilkan ringkasan data presensi karyawan secara real-time berupa foto, lokasi, waktu, serta dapat memetakan titik koordinat selama karyawan melakukan presensi.  Dan juga sistem dapat mendeteksi adanya lokasi tiruan untuk meminimalisir adannya kecurangan pada karyawan saat melakukan presensi. Setelah sistem selesai di buat kemudian dilakukan survei kepuasan karyawan terhadap sistem presensi di perusahaan PT. Teknolab Caraka Internasioanel.   Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar karyawan merasa puas dengan sistem presensi yang ada.

In the application of presence using fingerprints. The presence system still does not meet the needs and is not optimal. Therefore, an employee presence application was created using the Location Based Service (LBS) method. These methods include geographic services that employees access on their phones through a cellular network connection to hide locations and identify employee locations when implementing attendance requirements. This application is made using the Flutter framework and uses the Laravel framework as the backend application. The purpose of this application is to create a mobile-based employee attendance service system by producing a real-time summary of employee attendance data in the form of photos, location, time, and being able to set coordinates during employee presentations. And also the system can detect the existence of an artificial location to minimize fraud in employees when making attendance. After the system was completed, an employee satisfaction survey was carried out on the presence system at PT. Technolab Caraka International. The survey results show that most employees are satisfied with the existing attendance system.
