UNGKAPAN BAHASA JEPANG PADA PELAYANAN DI RESTORAN DALAM SERIAL DRAMA IZAKAYA BOTTAKURI KARYA SHINJI KUMA
JAPANESE EXPRESSIONS OF SERVICE IN A RESTAURANT IN THE DRAMA SERIAL IZAKAYA BOTTAKURI BY SHINJI KUMA
Pelayanan di restoran sangat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan para tamu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis ekspresi bahasa Jepang di restoran dalam serial drama “Izakaya Bottakuri”. Objek penelitian adalah pelayanan di restoran. Data yang digunakan adalah ungkapan dalam proses pelayanan di sebuah restoran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Dari 12 jenis layanan di restoran, dalam serial ini ditemukan 10 jenis layanan yaitu greeting the guest, escorting and sitting the guest, presenting the menu/taking order, serving bread and butter, adjustment, serving the food, clear up, presenting coffee or tea, presenting the bill, bid forewell. 2 jenis layanan tidak ditemukan, dalam serial ini adalah crumbing down dan table setting
Service in the restaurant is very influential on the satisfaction of the guests. The purpose of this study is to analyze Japanese expressions in restaurants in the serial drama "Izakaya Bottakuri”. The object of the research is the service in the restaurant. The data used are expressions in the service process in a restaurant. The research method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. Of the 12 types of service in the restaurant, in this serial were found 10 types of services is greeting the guest, escorting and sitting the guest, presenting the menu/taking order, serving bread and butter, adjustment, serving the food, clear up, presenting coffee or tea, presenting the bill, bid forewell. 2 types of services not found , in this serial is crumbing down and table setting
