The Klampid application is a service innovation from the Surabaya City
Population and Civil Registry Service to make it easier for people to take care
of their population administration needs online. To support the convenience
of the community, the department has placed special officers in each subdistrict in the city of Surabaya, one of which is the Simokerto sub-district.
However, in its implementation, obstacles were still found in the form of low
public understanding of the application. Therefore, this research aims to
determine the effectiveness of the Klampid service in optimizing the ease of
population administration of births and deaths in Kapasan Village, Simokerto
District, Surabaya City. This type of research is descriptive research that uses
a qualitative approach. The focus of this research uses the theory of measuring
the effectiveness of information systems by DeLone and McLean which
includes system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user
satisfaction and net benefit. Data collection techniques through interviews,
observation and documentation are then analyzed using interactive model
analysis according to Miles and Huberman. The results of this research show
that the system quality indicators are quite effective. Information quality
indicators are effective because they show the up-to-dateness, clarity and
accuracy of the information. Indicators of service quality are effective as seen
from the speed, reliability and good interaction between service providers.
Likewise, in terms of use indicators, the Klampid application has often been
used to provide population services. Indicators of user satisfaction have also
been effective where sub-district, sub-district and community officials are
satisfied with the Klampid application. The net benefit indicator from the
Klampid application has also been felt by sub-districts and the wider
community.
