Rendahnya minat berwirausaha mahasiswa dapat mengakibatkan tingginya jumlah pengangguran dan rendahnya jumlah wirausaha sedangkan pertumbuhan jumlah wirausaha disuatu negara terletak pada peran perguruan tinggi dalam rangka penyelenggaraan mata kuliah kewirausahaan bagi mahasiswa, mata kuliah ini merupakan upaya yang dilakukan untuk menumbuhkan jiwa berwirausaha mahasiswa sehingga mahasiswa mampu menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan untuk dirinya dan orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1.Pengaruh hasil belajar mata kuliah kewirausahaan terhadp minat berwirausaha mahasiswa 2.Pengaruh jenis pekerjaan orang tua terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa 3. Pengaruh hasil belajar mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan jenis pekerjaan orang tua terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan software SPSS 23.0. Sampel sebanyak 163 orang mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi Unesa yang telah memprogram mata kuliah kewirausahaan dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket dengan model skala Guttman. Hasil peneltian menunjukan bahwa 1. terdapat pengaruh hasil belajar mata kuliah kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa 2.Tidak terdapat pengaruh jenis pekerjaan orang tua terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa 3.Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara hasil belajar mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan jenis pekerjaan orang tua terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiwa.
