The Influence of Tutor's Competence on the Learning Creativity of Equality Learning Residents Package C at PKBM Homeschooling Pena Surabaya
Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui adakah pengaruh kompetensi tutor terhadap kreativitas belajar warga belajar kesetaraan paket C di PKBM Homeschooling Pena Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yakni berjumlah 60 warga belajar. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni dengan menggunakan angket yang telah diuji validitasnya dan disebar secara online. Sebelum data di analisis dilakukan uji normalitas yang hasilnya data berdistribusi normal. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 25 yakni uji regresi linier sederhana serta uji T. Penelitian menunjukkan hasil nilai thitung (2,415) > ttabel (1,670) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,019 < 0,05 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang artinya kompetensi tutor secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas belajar warga belajar. Analisis koefisien determinasi (R Square) = 0,091 yang memiliki arti bahwa pengaruh kompetensi tutor terhadap kreativitas belajar adalah sebesar 9,1% dan 90,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diantaranya faktor internal yang meliputi aspek fisiologis, aspek psikologis dan faktor eksternal meliputi lingkungan sosial dan lingkungan non sosial. Simpulannya bahwa kompetensi tutor berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas belajar warga belajar paket C di PKBM Homeschooling Pena Surabaya.
This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of tutor competence on the learning creativity of citizens learning equivalence package C at PKBM Homeschooling Pena Surabaya. This type of research includes quantitative descriptive research. The subjects in this study were taken using a simple random sampling technique , which amounted to 60 study residents. The data collection technique is using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and distributed online. Before the data was analyzed, a normality test was carried out which resulted in the data being normally distributed. Data analysis using SPSS version 25, namely the simple linear regression test and the T test. The research shows the results of thecalculated (2.415) > ttable (1.670) with a significance value of 0.019 < 0.05 so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the tutor's competence is generally accepted. significantly affect the learning creativity of learning citizens. Analysis of the coefficient of determination (R Square) = 0.091 which means that the influence of tutor competence on learning creativity is 9.1% and 90.9% is influenced by other factors including internal factors including physiological aspects, psychological aspects and external factors including social environment and non-social environment. The conclusion is that the competence of tutors affects the learning creativity of residents learning package C at PKBM Homeschooling Pena Surabaya.
