Website Based Decision Support System For Supplier Selection Using VIKOR Method

Abstrak— Supplier mempunyai peranan sangat penting untuk memastikan persediaan stok bahan baku yang dibutuhkan pengusaha. Supplier diperlukan untuk menjamin terpenuhinya kebutuhan akan barang yang akan dijual. Namun dalam pemilihan Supplier masih ditemui proses pemilihan yang belum terkomputerisasi sehingga hasil keputusan tidak cepat dan akurat. Untuk membantu dalam pemilihan Supplier diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu manajemen dalam proses pemilihan. Penelitian ini akan dibuat sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis website dan menggunakan metode VIKOR dalam hal perhitungannya. Kelebihan metode VIKOR sehingga dipilih menjadi metode perhitungan sistem pendukung keputusan ini karena metode VIKOR mampu mengatasi kriteria yang saling bertentangan. Selain itu metode VIKOR mampu memberi rekomendasi dari kasus multi-kriteria dalam penentuan supplier mana yang terbaik dengan hasil yang cepat dan akurat. Tahapan metode VIKOR adalah 1) menentukan bobot untuk setiap kriteria. 2) menyusun alternatif dan kriteria menjadi matriks X. 3) menghitung nilai positif dan nilai negatif solusi idealnya. 4) menormalisasikan matriks X. 5) menentukan nilai terbobot dari normalisasi matriks X. 6) Menghitung nilai Utility Measure (S) dan  Regret Measure (R). 7) Menghitung Nilai indeks VIKOR (Q). 8) Merangking alternatif dari nilai indeks VIKOR (Q) terkecil hingga terbesar. Perangkingan dari hasil perhitungan nantinya yang akan dipilih  menjadi rekomendasi supplier terbaik.

Abstract— Suppliers have a very important role in ensuring the supply of raw material stocks needed by entrepreneurs. Suppliers are needed to ensure stock needs are met. However, in the selection of suppliers, there is still an election process that has not been computerized so that the decision results are not fast and accurate. To assist in supplier selection, a decision support system is needed that can assist management in the selection process. This research will create a website-based decision support system and use the VIKOR method in terms of calculations. The advantages of the VIKOR method so that it was chosen as the calculation method for this decision support system is because the VIKOR method is able to overcome conflicting criteria. In addition, the VIKOR method is able to provide recommendations from multi-criteria cases in determining best supplier with fast and accurate results. The stages of the VIKOR method are 1) determining the weight for each criterion. 2) arrange the alternatives and criteria into an X matrix. 3) calculate the positive and negative values of the ideal solution. 4) normalize the X matrix. 5) determine the weighted value of the normalized X matrix. 6) Calculate the value of the Utility Measure (S) and Regret Measure (R). 7) Calculate the index VIKOR value (Q). 8) Rank the alternatives from the smallest to the largest index VIKOR value (Q). Ranking from the results of the calculation will be selected as the best supplier recommendation.
