KAJIAN TATA RIAS FANTASI DENGAN SUMBER IDE ZODIAC CAPRICORN

STUDY OF FANTASY COSMETOLOGY WITH SOURCE OF THE CAPRICORN ZODIAC IDEA

Abstrak

Tata rias fantasi adalah tata rias yang dilakukan untuk menampilkan hasil kreasi berdasarkan imajinasi penata rias. Zodiac merupakan sumber ide yang jarang diusung menjadi tata rias fantasi sebelumnya sehingga kajian tata rias fantasi dilakukan dengan sumber ide zodiac capricorn. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis tata rias wajah, penataan rambut, penataan busana, body painting, dan penggunaan properti juga aksesoris sesuai dengan penggambaran Zodiac Capricorn. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan observasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tata rias fantasi dengan sumber ide zodiac capricorn memiliki desain dan hasil perwujudan dengan karakteristik yaitu : 1) Menggunakan adaptasi bentuk setengah kambing pada bagian atas tubuh dan setengah ikan pada bagian bawah tubuh (sea-goat); 2) Adaptasi bentuk asli diambil dari kambing jenis Boer dan ikan jenis Guppy; 3) Menggunakan kombinasi warna triad komplementer biru-kuning-merah muda untuk tata rias wajah dan body painting; 4) Bentuk penataan rambut menyerupai telinga kambing; 5) Menggunakan busana berwarna coklat gelap dan properti tanduk kambing, sirip juga ekor ikan yang melengkapi keseluruhan bentuk tata rias fantasi.

Abstract

Fantasy make-up is makeup done to display creations based on the imagination of the makeup artist. Zodiac is a source of ideas that are rarely promoted to be a fantasy make-up before, so the study of fantasy make-up is carried out with sources of zodiac capricorn ideas. The purpose of this study is to analyze facial makeup, hair styling, fashion styling, body painting, and the use of property as well as accessories in accordance with the Zodiac Capricorns description. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques, namely observation and literature study. The results showed that the cosmetology fantasy with the source of the idea of ​​the zodiac capricorn has a design and embodiment with the characteristics of: 1) Using the adaptation of the half-goat form on the upper body and half the fish on the lower body (sea-goat); 2) Adaptation of the original form is taken from Boer goats and Guppy species; 3) Using a combination of blue-yellow-pink complementary triad colors for face makeup and body painting; 4) The form of hair styling resembles a goats ear; 5) Using a dark brown outfit and goat horn properties, fish tails also complete the overall form of fantasy cosmetology.
