This research on learning motivation is useful for maximizing the learning process so that an understanding of the factors that influence learning success is obtained, this understanding is important to determine the background and causes of learning difficulties that may be experienced during the learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This study aims to analyze the effect of interest in learning, learning burnout, learning stress partially and simultaneously on learning motivation for PJOK class X and XI MIPA and IPS at SMA Kristen Dharma Mulya Surabaya. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample. This study uses a quantitative approach in which the data collection technique uses a questionnaire and documentation method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of this study indicate that (1) interest in learning has an effect on learning motivation for PJOK class X and XI MIPA and IPS at SMA Kristen Dharma Mulya Surabaya; (2) learning burnout has an effect on learning motivation for PJOK class X and XI MIPA and IPS at SMA Kristen Dharma Mulya Surabaya; (3) learning stress has an effect on learning motivation for PJOK class X and XI MIPA and IPS at SMA Kristen Dharma Mulya Surabaya; and (4) interest in learning, learning boredom, and learning stress together have a significant effect on learning motivation for PJOK class X and XI MIPA and IPS at SMA Kristen Dharma Mulya Surabaya City.
Based on the results of the study, it can be said that interest in learning, learning burnout, and stress are factors that affect students' learning motivation, so it needs to be improved so that students get optimal learning motivation.
