TINDAK TUTUR KOMISIF PADA TUTURAN TRI RISMAHARINI DALAM ROSI DI KOMPAS TV EDISI "JALAN POLITIK RISMA"

COMMISSIVE SPEECH ACTS ON TRI RISMAHARINI'S SPEECH IN ROSI ON KOMPAS TV EDITION OF "JALAN POLITIK RISMA" 

                                                Abstrak

Beragam modus, bentuk, dan fungsi yang dihasilkan dalam tuturan, diantaranya berupa doa, nazar, ikrar, penolakan, dan tawaran diartikan sebagai tindak tutur komisif. Kaitannya dengan pemilihan teori dan objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini karena, Rosi program di Kompas Tv edisi "jalan Politik Risma" yang membahas perjalanan politik Tri Rismaharini sebagai Wali Kota Surabaya dengan melibatkan narasumber secara langsung ditemukan interaksi berupa tuturan yang dilakukan oleh penutur dalam hal ini Tri Rismaharini dan lawan tutur beliau yaitu Rosi. Selain itu, munculnya karakteristik yang menjadi identitas tindak tutur komisif dalam tuturan pada acara tersebut seperti menyampaikan harapan dan doa, penyampaian penolakan akan pendapat atau persepsi, penyampaian yang didalamnya berupa janji.dan ada yang berupa penegasan yang membuat lawan tutur menjadi lebih serius dalam menjalankan tuturan yang diminta oleh narasumber. Kesemuannya memiliki peran dalam tindakan narasumber dimasa depan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menemukan tindak tutur komisif dalam tuturan Tri Rismaharini dalam Rosi di Kompas Tv edisi "Jalan Politik Risma". Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik doumentasi, teknik simak, dan teknik catat. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif dengan hasilnya berupa deskripsi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode padan intralingual untuk menemukan fungsi dan bentuk tindak tutur komisif dan metode padan ekstralingual digunakan untuk menemuan modus dan konteks tindak tutur komisif dengan teknik PUP. Instrumen dalam penelitian terdiri atas deskripsi data.

                                                        Abstract

Varoius modes, forms, and functions can be produced in speech, including in the form of prayer, vows, pledges, refusals and offers. These speech acts is interpreted as a commissive speech acts. Its is related to the selection of theories and objects used in this study, because Rosi program at Kompas Tv edition "Jalan Politik Risma" which discusses Tri Rismaharini's political journey as Mayor of Surabaya by involving the speakers directly found interactions in the form of spech made by speakers in this case Tri Rismaharini and his interlocutor is Rosi. In addition, the emergence of characteristics that become the identity of commossive speech acts in the speech at the event such as conveying hopes and prayers, conveying rejection of opinions or perceptions, delivering in which there is a promise and there is an affirmation that makes the interlocutor becomes more lively ius in carrying out the speech requested by the resource person. All of them have a role in the speaker's future actions. The purpose of this study is find commissive speech acts in Tri Rismaharini's speech in Rosi on Kompas Tv edition of "Jalan Politik Risma". Data were collected using documention techniques, listening techniques, and the note-taking technique. This type of research is qualitative with the results in the form of descriptions. The data were analyzed using the intralingual equivalent method to find the functiond and form of commissive speech acts and the extralingual equivalent method was used to find the mode and context of commissive speech acts with PUP technique. The instruments in this study consisted of on the description of the data analysis.
