Sumenep Regency has a great potential for Vannamei shrimp cultivation, this potential can be optimized by increasing the added value of Vannamei shrimp. One of the steps to optimize this great potential is to process the products from Vannamei shrimp ponds, which are still raw, into processed products that have high economic value. This study aims to determine the most suitable place to be used as the location for the Vannamei shrimp processing factory in Sumenep Regency. This research is descriptive qualitative research using continuity analysis of raw materials method, AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), and Overlay analysis. The results of this study indicate that the most suitable place to be used as the location of the Vannamei shrimp processing factory in Sumenep Regency is located in either Dungkek, Batang-Batang, and Gapura Districts, supported by a high levels of raw materials production, has good infrastructure, and is in accordance with the direction of the plan spatial planning of Sumenep Regency.
