APPLICATION OF AUDIOVISUAL MEDIA TO THE BASIC COMPETENCE OF DAILY FACIAL MAKEUP AT SMK NEGERI 3 KEDIRI
Rendahnya nilai siswa disebabkan oleh metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru masih menggunakan metode ceramah dan media pembelajaran yang digunakan masih menggunakan media pembelajaran berupa power point, buku, dan majalah sehingga siswa merasa bosan dan menyebabkan siswa tidak tertarik memperhatikan pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Sebesar 69% siswa belum memenuhi KKM dalam penilaian hasil belajar psikomotor tata rias wajah sehari-hari. Untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar tersebut, peneliti menerapkan pembelajaran menggunakan media pembelajaran berupa media audiovisual dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui : (1) Validasi kelayakan media audiovisual, (2) Keterlaksanaan sintaks model pembelajaran pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL), (3) Hasil belajar psikomotor siswa setelah penerapan media audiovisual, (4) Respon siswa terhadap penerapan media audiovisual. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pre-experimental design dengan rancangan penelitian pretest-posttest. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi, dan tes hasil belajar psikomotor. Analisis data menggunakan rumus rata-rata, uji-t, dan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) hasil validasi kelayakan media audiovisual baik dan layak untuk diterapkan dengan persentase penilaian sebesar 97%, (2) Keterlaksanaan sintaks model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) terlaksana dengan baik dengan hasil persentase penilaian sebesar 94%, (3) Hasil belajar psikomotor siswa setelah diterapkannya media audiovisual meningkat secara signifikan dengan persentase sebesar 16,75%, (4) Respon siswa sangat positif terhadap media audiovisual yang diterapkan dengan persentase hasil penilaian sebesar 99%. Sehingga dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media audiovisual layak diterapkan pada proses pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar psikomotor, serta respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran menggunakan media audiovisual sangat positif.

The low student score is caused by the learning method applied by the teacher still using the lecture method and the learning media used is still using learning media in the form ofpower point, books, and magazines so that students feel bored and cause students not to be interested in paying attention during the learning process. As much as 69% of students have not met the KKM in assessing psychomotor learning outcomes in everyday facial makeup. To improve these learning outcomes, researchers apply learning using learning media in the form of audiovisual media with learning modelsProblem Based Learning (PBL). The purpose of this study is to find out: (1) Validation of the feasibility of audiovisual media, (2) The implementation of the syntax of the learning modelProblem Based Learning (PBL), (3) Psychomotor learning outcomes of students after the application of audiovisual media, (4) Student responses to the application of audiovisual media. This study uses the type of researchpre-experimental design with research designpretest-posttest. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, observation, and tests of psychomotor learning outcomes. Data analysis uses the average formula, t-test, and percentages. The results of the study show: (1) the results of the feasibility validation of audiovisual media are good and feasible to be applied with an assessment percentage of 97%, (2) the implementation of the learning model syntaxProblem Based Learning (PBL) was implemented well with the results of the assessment percentage of 94%, (3) The psychomotor learning outcomes of students after the application of audiovisual media increased significantly with a percentage of 16.75%, (4) The student response was very positive towards the audiovisual media applied with the percentage assessment results of 99%. So from these results it can be concluded that audiovisual media is feasible to be applied to the learning process to improve psychomotor learning outcomes, and student responses to learning using audiovisual media are very positive.
