“Penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja pada Proyek Pembangunan/Rehabilitasi dan Pengawasan Fasilitas Gedung Pemerintahan dan Pemerintahan Daerah Surabaya”

Pekerjaan pada proyek memiliki tingkat resiko kecelakaan kerja yang cukup tinggi. Penyebab utama kecelakaan kerja pada suatu proyek berhubungan dengan karakteristik proyek konstruksi yang bersifat unik, lokasi proyek yang berbeda, dipengaruhi oleh cuaca, waktu pelaksanaan yang terbatas, menuntut ketahanan fisik yang tinggi, serta banyak penggunaan tenaga kerja yang belum terlatih.

Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja seperti faktor manusia, faktor lingkungan kerja, dan faktor peralatan dan banyak faktor yang dapat di temukan d proyek yang sedang di kerjakan. Makala ini mendiskusikan kajian implementasi prinsip dan peraturan perundangan terkait dengan pengolahan faktor non-personil oleh kontraktor. Kajian yang dilakukan terhadap peraturan perundangan serta tingka kesulitan di lapangan dengan menggunkan metode wawancara dan observasi lapangan sebuah proyek konstruksi.

Hal ini akan berakibat sulit di lapangan, apabila dengan adanya pengecekan sebagai persiapan penerapan. Namun demikian, konstruksi pada proyek pada studi kasus telah menerapkan manajemen keselamatan dengan cukup baik. Selanjutnya hasil dari kajian ini menunjukan pula keberadaan peraturan perundingan yang mencukupi, tetapi perlu diperbaharui, serta tingkat implementasi yang cukup baik untuk peralatan pengamanan.

Kata kunci: kecelakaan kerja, lingkungan kerja, konstruksi.

 This will result in difficult in the field , when with the checking as preparation the application of .However , construction in project on case study has implemented of safety management relatively well .Next the result of a study showed also the existence of regulation talks that sufficient , but need renewed , as well as the relative the implementation good enough to equipment security .
