PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN MENULIS NARASI SISWA KELAS IV  SDN SIMBARINGIN KUTOREJO MOJOKERTO

Penelitian ini didasarkan atas rendahnya keterampilan siswa dalam menulis narasi, yang dibuktikan dengan masih belum lengkap dan runtutnya hasil tulisan narasi mayoritas siswa. Metode pembelajaran  yang disampaikan masih bersifat konvesional tanpa mendapatkan informasi atau materi yang aktual dan pembelajaran didominasi oleh guru, sehingga pembelajaran berpusat pada guru.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa dalam pembelajaran menulis narasi melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas IV SDN Simbaringin Kutorejo Mojokerto sebanyak 16 siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak  dua siklus, yang  setiap siklusnya terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan tindakan dan pengamatan, serta tahap refleksi. 

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi peningkatan pada dua siklus. Data keterlaksanaan pembelajaran pada siklus I mencapai 69 % dan siklus II mencapai 89 %. Aktivitas siswa pada siklus I mencapai 53 % dan siklus II mencapai 92 %. Persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar  siswa pada siklus I sebesar 50 % dan siklus II meningkat menjasi 87,5 %. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD  dapat meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam menulis siswa. Hal   ini terbukti pada saat pembelajaran tiap siklusnya selalu memperoleh hasil yang meningkat.

The study was based on lack of students 'skills in writing narrative, as evidenced by the still incomplete and runtutnya majority of students' writing narrative. The learning method is still a conventional delivered without getting any information or materials that actual and learning is dominated by teachers, so that the teacher-centered learning. Based on some of the above opinion concluded that student learning is passive in following the narrative writing.

This study aimed to describe the ability of students in learning to write a narrative through cooperative learning model STAD. This study uses classroom action research. The subjects were teachers and students of class IV SDN Simbaringin Kutorejo Mojokerto as many as 16 students. This research was conducted as many as two cycles, each cycle consisting of the planning phase, the implementation phase of action and observation, as well as the reflection stage.

These results indicate that there has been an increase in the two cycles. Data enforceability of learning in the first cycle at 69% and cycle II reached 89%. Activities of students in the first cycle was 53% and the second cycle was 92%. Percentage completeness student learning outcomes in the first cycle of 50% and cycle II womanly 87.5%. The conclusion of this study is a model of STAD cooperative learning can improve students' skills in writing students. This was evident at the time of learning each cycle always obtain improved results.
