SCTRUCTURAL QUANTITY TAKE OFF MODELING USING AUTODESK REVIT SOFTWARE FOR THE TOWER 2 BUILDING PROJECT OF ITS SURABAYA
Perkembangan teknologi di bidang konstruksi mendorong penerapan Building Information Modeling (BIM) sebagai metode terintegrasi dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan proyek. Salah satu perangkat lunak BIM yang banyak digunakan adalah Autodesk Revit, yang mampu menghasilkan pemodelan tiga dimensi serta perhitungan Quantity Take Off (QTO) secara otomatis dan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemodelan struktur Gedung Tower 2 ITS Surabaya menggunakan Autodesk Revit serta menganalisis hasil perhitungan QTO pekerjaan struktural dan membandingkannya dengan metode konvensional.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data proyek, pemodelan struktur 3D berdasarkan gambar Detail Engineering Design (DED), perhitungan QTO menggunakan Autodesk Revit, serta verifikasi dan perbandingan hasil perhitungan dengan metode konvensional. Objek penelitian adalah Gedung Tower 2 ITS Surabaya yang terdiri dari 11 lantai, dengan ruang lingkup pekerjaan struktural meliputi pondasi, sloof, kolom, balok, pelat lantai, shearwall, dan tangga.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemodelan struktur menggunakan Autodesk Revit mampu menghasilkan visualisasi 3D yang terintegrasi serta perhitungan QTO yang lebih sistematis dan efisien. Perbandingan antara metode BIM dan metode konvensional menunjukkan adanya selisih volume pada beberapa elemen struktural, yang disebabkan oleh perbedaan tingkat ketelitian, metode perhitungan, dan potensi human error pada metode konvensional. Dengan demikian, penerapan BIM menggunakan Autodesk Revit terbukti dapat meningkatkan akurasi perhitungan kuantitas pekerjaan struktural dan mendukung efisiensi dalam perencanaan proyek konstruksi.

The development of construction technology has encouraged the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) as an integrated method in project planning and execution. One of the widely used BIM software applications is Autodesk Revit, which enables three-dimensional modeling and automatic, accurate Quantity Take Off (QTO) calculations. This study aims to develop a structural model of the Tower 2 Building at ITS Surabaya using Autodesk Revit, analyze the results of structural QTO calculations, and compare them with conventional calculation methods.
The research method applied in this study is Research and Development (R&D), consisting of several stages including project data collection, 3D structural modeling based on Detail Engineering Design (DED) drawings, QTO calculation using Autodesk Revit, and verification and comparison with conventional methods. The object of this study is the Tower 2 Building of ITS Surabaya, an 11-story building. The scope of structural work includes foundations, sloofs, columns, beams, floor slabs, shear walls, and staircases.
The results indicate that structural modeling using Autodesk Revit produces an integrated 3D visualization and more systematic and efficient QTO calculations. The comparison between BIM-based and conventional methods reveals differences in volume quantities for several structural elements, mainly due to variations in calculation accuracy, methodology, and the potential for human error in conventional methods. Therefore, the application of BIM using Autodesk Revit is proven to enhance the accuracy of structural quantity calculations and improve efficiency in construction project planning.
