Implementation Of School Management Information System With Google Suite For Education To Realize An Effective School At SD Al-Khairiyah 1 Surabaya
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan; (1) Strategi sekolah dalam implementasi google suite for education guna mewujudkan sekolah efektif, (2) Implementasi google suite for education guna mewujudkan sekolah efektif, serta (3) Dampak implementasi google suite for education guna mewujudkan sekolah efektif di SD Al-Khairiyah 1 Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengambilan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi partisipasi pasif, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Uji keabsahan data meliputi uji kredibilitas melalui triangulasi dan membercheck, uji transferabilitas, uji dependabilitas, dan uji konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut; (1) Strategi SD Al-Khairiyah 1 Surabaya dalam mengupayakan keberhasilan implementasi adalah dengan menentukan tujuan penerapan dan mempersiapkan sumber daya yang dibutuhkan dalam implementasi google for education, (2) Implementasi google suite for education di SD Al-Khairiyah 1 Surabaya adalah dari (a) segi administrasi guru, (b) daily report, dan (c) Al-Khairiyah Sinau, serta (3) Dampak implementasi google suite for education di SD Al-Khairiyah 1 Surabaya diantaranya; (a) bagi guru; menghilangkan kekurang pahaman guru terhadap teknologi, memudahkan guru dalam menyelesaikan kegiatan administrasi, memudahkan guru dalam menyimpan data dengan lebih terstruktur, memudahkan guru dalam berbagi data dan informasi, (b) bagi wali murid; mendapatkan informasi secara lengkap dengan mudah kapan saja secara online, memudahkan wali murid dalam memantau progres siswa, (c) bagi siswa; memudahkan belajar dirumah, (d) bagi sekolah; kinerja sekolah menjadi lebih efektif karena kemudahan dalam mengelola data pendidikan, lebih mudah disimpan, dan juga lebih mudah dibagikan secara online sesuai dengan keinginan pengguna sehingga menjadikan kinerja sekolah lebih efisien tenaga, kertas maupun penyimpanan dokumen seperti filling cabinet.
This study aims to describe; (1) School strategy in implementing google suite for education to create an effective school, (2) Implementing google suite for education to create an effective school, and (3) Impact of implementing Google suite for education to create an effective school in SD Al-Khairiyah 1 Surabaya. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Retrieval of data by means of interviews, observation of passive participation, and study of documentation. Data analysis uses data condensation, data presentation, and data verification. The data validity test includes the credibility test through triangulation and member checking, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The results of the study are as follows; (1) The strategy of SD Al-Khairiyah 1 Surabaya in striving for successful implementation is to determine the purpose of implementation and prepare the resources needed in the implementation of google for education, (2) Implementation of the google suite for education at SD Al-Khairiyah 1 Surabaya is from (a) in terms of teacher administration, (b) daily report, and (c) Al-Khairiyah Sinau, and (3) Impact of the implementation of Google suite for education in SD Al-Khairiyah 1 Surabaya including; (a) for teachers; eliminate teacher's lack of understanding of technology, facilitate teachers in completing administrative activities, facilitate teachers in storing data with more structured, facilitate teachers in sharing data and information, (b) for parents of students; get complete information easily anytime online, make it easy for student guardians to monitor student progress, (c) for students; facilitate learning at home, (d) for schools; School performance is more effective because of the ease in managing educational data, easier to store, and also easier to share online according to the wishes of users, making school performance more energy efficient, paper and document storage such as filling cabinets.
