Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Menganalisis model permainan sirkuit akar pensil dalam pemahaman gerak dasar pencak silat kelas 5 SD. 2) menganalisis kelayakan permainan sirkuit akar pensil dalam pemahaman materi gerak dasar pencak silat kelas 5 SD. 3) menganalisis hasil evaluasi pendekatan permainan sirkuit akar pensil terhadap gerak dasar pencak silat kelas 5 SD.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). Menurut Borg and Gall terdapat 10 tahapan untuk melakukan penelitian pengembangan yaitu (1) Pengumpulan Informasi dan Riset, (2) Perencanaan Produk dan Desain, (3) Pengembangan Produk Awal, (4) Uji Lapangan Awal, (5) Revisi Produk, (6) Uji Lapangan Utama, (7) Revisi Produk Oprasional, (8) Uji Lapangan Oprasional, (9) Revisi Akhir, (10) Desiminasi. Subjek pada penelitian ini ialah ahli materi terkait pencak silat, ahli model permainan, dan peserta didik kelas 5 SD. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian pengembangan permainan sirkuit akar pensil menggunakan lembar validasi ahli dan validasi pada instrumen respon siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistic deskriptif kuantitatif yang dihimpun dari data hasil pengisian instrument ahli materi, ahli model permainan, instrument respon siswa yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kelayakan serta penilaian produk yang dikembangkan.
hasil validasi yang telah dilakukan terhadap model permainan sirkuit akar pensil dalam pengujian pada ahli model permainan, produk yang diujikan oleh peneliti mendapatkan penilaian sebesar 89 dan masuk kategori “Sangat Baik”. Dalam pengujian pada ahli materi pencak silat, produk yang diujikan oleh peneliti mendapatkan penilaian sebesar 91 dan masuk kategori “Sangat Baik”. hasil pengujian kelompok kecil skor 79,7, pengujian kelompok besar skor 80,7, pengujian kelompok oprasional skor 82 yang dikategorikan “Menarik” sehingga dari aspek kebermanfaatan masuk kategori “Baik”.
Kesimpulan pada penelitian pengembangan permainan sirkuit akar pensil terhadap gerak dasar pencak silat layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran PJOK serta dapat menjadi acuan bagi penelitian berikutnya.

This study aims to: 1) Analyze the pencil root circuit game model in understanding the basic motion of pencak silat grade 5 elementary school. 2) analyze the feasibility of the pencil root circuit game in the understanding of basic motion material of grade 5 elementary school pencak silat. 3) analyze the results of the evaluation of the pencil root circuit game approach to the basic motion of grade 5 elementary school martial arts.
This type of research is research and development. According to Borg and Gall there are 10 stages to conduct development research, namely (1) Information Collection and Research, (2) Product Planning and Design, (3) Initial Product Development, (4) Initial Field Test, (5) Product Revision, (6) Main Field Test, (7) Operational Product Revision, (8) Operational Field Test, (9) Final Revision, (10) Dissemination. The subjects in this study were material experts related to pencak silat, game model experts, and grade 5 elementary school students. Data collection techniques in pencil root circuit game development research using expert validation sheets and validation on student response instruments. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive statistics collected from data from filling in material expert instruments, game model experts, student response instruments used to determine the feasibility and assessment of the product developed.
The results of validation that have been carried out on the pencil root circuit game model in testing on game model experts, the products tested by researchers received a rating of 89 and entered the "Very Good" category. In testing on martial arts material experts, the products tested by researchers received an assessment of 91 and entered the "Very Good" category. small group testing results score 79.7, large group testing score 80.7, operational group testing score 82 which is categorized as "Interesting" so that from the aspect of usefulness it is categorized as "Good".
The conclusion in the research on the development of pencil root circuit games on the basic movements of pencak silat is suitable for PJOK learning and can be a reference for future research.
