KAJIAN PELAYANAN TRANSPORTASI BUS AKAP PO. SUGENG RAHAYU SURABAYA – YOGYAKARTA DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19
STUDY OF INTERCITY INTERPROVINCIAL BUSES TRANSPORTATION SERVICES (AKAP) OF PO. SUGENG RAHAYU BUS COMPANY ROUTE SURABAYA-YOGYAKARTA DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Dunia sedang diguncang oleh pandemi COVID-19. Peningkatan jumlah pasien terinfeksi virus COVID-19 tidak terkendali, sehingga dibutuhkan perencanaan yang jelas dan lugas dari pemerintah untuk menanggulangi dan mencegah COVID-19. Dalam masa pandemi COVID-19 tentunya masyarakat lebih memperhatikan aspek kesehatan dan kebersihan. Penyedia jasa bus Antar Kota Antar Provinsi harus meningkatkan beberapa aspek pelayanan untuk menyikapi pandemi COVID-19, seperti yang tertuang pada PM 41 Tahun 2020 Tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor PM 18 Tahun 2020 Tentang Pengendalian Transportasi Dalam Rangka Pencegahan Penyebaran COVID-19. Aktivitas dalam analisis data, yaitu data collection, data reduction, data display, data conclusion, dan drawing/verification berdasarkan hasil penelitian Kajian Pelayanan Transportasi Bus AKAP hasil yang diperoleh Sugeng Rahayu trayek Surabaya – Yogyakarta di Masa Pandemi COVID-19 menggunakan perhitungan Load Faktor sebesar 29,1%. Pada saat survey di lapangan Bus Antar Kota Antar Provinsi Perusahaan Otobus Sugeng Rahayu trayek Surabaya – Yogyakarta penumpang tidak menunjukkan surat hasil negatif Rapid Test Antigen dan kartu vaksin. Berdasarkan komponen di atas menunjukan bahwa pihak Bus Antar Kota Antar Provinsi Perusahaan Otobus Sugeng Rahayu trayek Surabaya – Yogyakarta sudah menerapkan pelayanan yang terbaik guna untuk pencegahan COVID-19, dengan hasil 29,1% menggunakan perhitungan Load Faktor, yang telah memenuhi syarat dan tidak melebihi dari 70%. Dimana pada Surat Edaran Nomor SE 94 Tahun 2021 tentang Petunjuk Pelaksanaan Perjalanan Orang Dalam Negeri Dengan Transportasi Darat Pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19 menjelaskan bahwasannya pembatasan jumlah penumpang paling banyak adalah 70% dari jumlah kapasitas tempat duduk yang disediakan.

The world is being shaken by a great pandemic COVID-19. The increase in the number of patients infected with the COVID-19 virus is uncontrolled, so a clear and straightforward plan is needed from the government to overcome this problem. During the COVID-19 pandemic, of course, people pay more attention to aspects of health and hygiene. Inter-City Inter-Province bus service providers must improve several aspects of service to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, as stated in PM 41 of 2020 concerning Amendments to the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number PM 18 of 2020 concerning Transportation Control in the Context of Preventing the Spread of COVID-19. Activities in data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, conclusion data, and drawing/verification based on the research results of the AKAP PO Bus Transportation Service Study. the results obtained by Sugeng Rahayu for the Surabaya – Yogyakarta route during the COVID-19 Pandemic using a Load Factor calculation of 29.1%. During the survey in the field of the Inter-City Inter-Province Bus, the Sugeng Rahayu Otobus company for the Surabaya – Yogyakarta route, passengers did not show a negative Rapid Test Antigen letter and vaccine card. Based on the components above, it shows that the Inter-City Inter-Provincial Bus Company Otobus Sugeng Rahayu for the Surabaya - Yogyakarta route has implemented the best service for the prevention of COVID-19, with 29.1% results using the Load Factor calculation, which has met the requirements and does not exceed than 70%. Where in Circular Letter Number SE 94 of 2021 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Domestic Travel by Land Transportation During the COVID-19 Pandemic, it is explained that the limitation on the number of passengers is at most 70% of the total seating capacity provided.
