The research method usedwas pre-experiment with a one group pretest-posttest design. The researchsubjects consisted of 18 football players aged 16-18 years who took part ina training program for 12 meetings over a 4 week period. Aerobic abilitywas measured using the Yo-Yo Intermittent Test level 1, with pretest andposttest scores recorded for each subject. The results of statistical analysisshowed a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores (Nsig2-tailed 0.000), indicating that the SET and SSG training interventionswere effective in improving players' aerobic abilities. The conclusion ofthis study is that there is strong evidence to support the hypothesis thatcombined SET and SSG training contributes positively to improving theaerobic ability of young soccer players. Suggestions for furtherdevelopment include implementation of a structured exercise program, adaptation of the program according to individual needs, carefulmonitoring of progress, as well as continued research to explore themechanisms of physiological adaptation in response to this exercise. Keywords: Speed Endurance Training, Small Sided Games, AerobicAbility, Football, Yo-Yo Intermittent Test
