The Development of 'Sarafku' Website Learning Media on The Subtopic of Nervous System
to Practice Digital Literacy Skills
Perkembangan teknologi era digitalisasi semakin pesat, sehingga berpengaruh pada proses pembelajaran dalam dunia pendidikan. Kemampuan literasi digital dibutuhkan untuk mendukung peserta didik agar dapat mandiri dan tetap terarah dalam mengikuti segala aktivitas yang melibatkan internet sebagai hasil teknologi digital. Materi sistem saraf dianggap rumit sehingga membutuhkan media pendukung dalam penyampaiannya. Tujuan penelitian mengembangkan website “Sarafku” untuk melatih kemampuan literasi digital sebagai media inovasi yang layak, praktis, dan efektif guna memenuhi kebutuhan pada era digitalisasi. Model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) digunakan dalam pengembangan website “Sarafku” terkait materi sistem saraf, dengan responden sebanyak 20 peserta didik dari kelas XI Jurusan IPA 2 di SMA Negeri 17 Surabaya. Data kelayakan dari instrumen lembar validasi oleh ahli bidang materi, bidang media, dan guru pelajaran biologi di sekolah, menghasilkan persentase sejumlah 98,53% dengan kategori sangat layak. Data kepraktisan berupa keterlaksanaan aktivitas menghasilkan persentase 97% dan respons peserta didik sejumlah 98%, keduanya masuk kategori sangat praktis. Keefektifan media menghasilkan persentase sejumlah 88,9% dengan kategori baik. Persentase masing-masing indikator literasi digital diantaranya 100% pada pencarian (internet searching), 97,5% pada pemandu arah (hypertextual navigation), 95,3% pada evaluasi konten (content evaluation), dan 76% pada pengumpulan pengetahuan (knowledge assembly). Mengacu pada beberapa hasil persentase, maka website “Sarafku” dinyatakan layak, praktis dan efektif sebagai media belajar yang mendukung perkembangan teknologi yang dapat melatih kemampuan literasi digital.Kata Kunci: Literasi Digital, Website, Pembelajaran, Sistem Saraf
The rapid advancement of technology in digital era has significantly impacted the learning process in education. Digital literacy skills are essential to support students in becoming independent and staying focused while engaging in internet-based activities. The nervous system material is considered complex, requiring supporting media for its delivery. This research aims to develop the "Sarafku" website to enhance digital literacy skills as an innovative medium that feasible, practical, and effective to fill the needs in the digital era. The ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) was used in the development of the "Sarafku" website related to nervous system, with 20 respondents from the XI IPA 2 class at SMA Negeri 17 Surabaya. The feasibility data obtained from the validation sheet instrument by experts in the field of material, media, and biology teachers at school resulted in a percentage of 98,53%, categorizing it as highly feasible. The practicality data resulted in a percentage of 97% for activity feasibility and 98% for student response, both of which fall into the highly practical category. The effectiveness of the media resulted in a percentage of 88.9%, categorized as good. The percentage of each digital literacy indicator is as follows: 100% for internet searching, 97.5% for hypertextual navigation, 95.3% for content evaluation, and 76% for knowledge assembly. Based on these percentage results, “Sarafku”website is declared feasible, practical, and effective as a learning media that supports technological development and enhances digital literacy skills.
