PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI KECAMATAN TANDES KOTA SURABAYA
THE INFLUENCE OF WORK ENVIRONTMENT AND WORK MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT TANDES DISTRICT, SURABAYA CITY
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Tandes Kota Surabaya. Sampel digunakan dalam penelitian sejumlah 54 orang pegawai di Kecamatan Tandes Kota Surabaya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis regresi berganda menggunakan sem-PLS.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This research aims to determine the influence of work environtment and work motivation on employee pergomance at Tandes District, Surabaya City. The sample used in this study consisted of 54 employees from Tandes District, Surabaya City. The data analysis technique used in this research was multiple regression analysis using sem-PLS.
The results of the study indicate that work environtment has No. significant effect on employee perfomance, while work motivation has a positive effect on employee perfomance,.
