E-modul diperlukan sebagai bahan ajar yang dapat menunjang pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran yang cocok digunakan adalah model discovery learning. Discovery learning merupakan model pembelajaran yang melibatkan siswa dalam pemecahan masalah. Kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik dapat dilatihkan melalui aktivitas pembelajaran yang memfasilitasi peserta didik dalam memperoleh jawaban. Indikator berpikir kritis yang digunakan yakni interpretasi, analisis, inferensi, evaluasi, eksplanasi, dan regulasi diri. Aktivitas ini dapat dilatihkan melalui materi organ dan jaringan tumbuhan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan e-modul interaktif berbasis discovery learning pada materi organ dan jaringan tumbuhan untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kelas XI yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode validasi, uji keterbacaan, tes, dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. E-modul interaktif yang dikembangkan memiliki kriteria sangat valid berdasarkan kriteria aspek peyajian, isi, dan kebahasaan dengan presentase skor rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 98,70%. E-Modul dinyatakan praktis berdasarkan hasil uji keterbacaan yang berada pada level 11 dan sesuai dengan siswa SMA kelas XI. E-modul dinyatakan efektif berdasarkan n-gain hasil belajar sebesar 0,84 atau 84% dan respons siswa sebesar 98,97%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul interaktif yang dikembangkan valid, praktis, dan efektif serta dapat digunakan untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kelas XI SMA.

The reality in the field shows that students critical thinking skills are low as evidenced by the results of the 2022 Pisa survey. This critical thinking skill is expected to be trained through the application of the right learning model with the support of appropriate learning media. E-modules are needed as teaching materials that can support the implementation of learning. The learning model that is suitable for use is the discovery learning model. Discovery learning is a learning model that involves students in problem solving. Students' critical thinking skills can be trained through learning activities that facilitate students in obtaining answers. This activity can be trained through the material of regulatory processes in plants. The purpose of this research is to produce an interactive e-module based on discovery learning on the material of regulatory processes in plants to train critical thinking skills of grade XI students that is valid, practical, and effective. The methods used in this research are validation method, readability test, test, and questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was descriptive quantitative. The interactive e-module developed has very valid criteria based on the criteria of presentation, content, and language aspects with an overall average score percentage of 98.70%. The E-Module was declared practical based on the results of the readability test which was at level 11 and in accordance with grade XI high school students. The e-module was declared effective based on the n-gain of learning outcomes of 0.84 or 84% and student responses of 98.97%.. Therefore, it can be concluded that the developed interactive e-module is valid, practical, and effective and can be used to train critical thinking skills of grade XI high school students.
