Academic Supervision In Helping Teachers Implement Reflective Teaching
Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ilmiah ini ialah untuk menjelaskan supervisi akademik dengan menerapkan pengajaran reflektif yang membantu guru untuk menerapkan pengajaran reflektif. Metode penulisan studi literatur ini menggunakan metode kualitatif jenis penelitian kajian pustaka yang diklasifikasikan menjadi dua yakni sepuluh artikel nasional dan sepuluh artikel internasional. Tahapan dalam penulisan studi literatur meliputi: penelusuran sumber, klasifikasi berdasarkan formula penelitian, pengolahan data, menampilkan data, abstraksi data, interpretasi data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil literatur yang digunakan menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik melalui pengajaran reflektif membantu guru dalam menerapakan pengajaran reflektif. Strategi yang digunakan, diantaranya: (1) buku harian guru; (2) observasi teman sejawat; (3) umpan balik peserta didik; (4) rekaman pembelajaran. Melalui strategi yang digunakan mampu membantu guru untuk menerapkan pengajaran reflektif.

The purpose of writing this scientific article is to explain academic supervision by applying reflective teaching that helps teachers to apply reflective teaching. The method of writing this literature study uses a qualitative method of literature review research which is classified into two, namely ten national articles and ten international articles. The stages in writing a literature study include: source tracing, classification based on research formulas, data processing, data display, data abstraction, data interpretation, and conclusions. The result of the literature used indicate that academic supervision through reflective teaching helps teachers apply reflective teaching. The strategies used include: (1) teacher diaries; (2) peer observation; (3) student feedback; (4) learning records. Through the strategies used, it can help teachers to apply reflective teaching.
