Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis Creative Problem Solving (CPS) pada materi daur ulang limbah untuk melatih berpikir kreatif yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pengembangan dengan menggunakan model 4-D yaitu define, design, develop dan disseminate namun tahap disseminate tidak dilakukan. Sasaran ujicoba terbatas dilakukan pada 20 peserta didik kelas X SMA di SMA Negeri 16 Surabaya. Parameter yang diukur dalam penelitian ini berupa validitas, keterlaksanaan dan keefektifan. Analisis data secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil validitas yang dilakukan oleh tiga validator memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 3,86 dengan kategori sangat valid. Kepraktisan LKPD ditinjau dari keterlaksanaan aktivitas peserta didik yang memperoleh hasil sebesar 94,7% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Keefektifan LKPD dinyatakan efektif ditinjau dari ketuntasan hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 90% dan ketercapaian indikator berpikir kreatif sebesar 89,15% serta respon positif peserta didik sebesar 97,5%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD berbasis CPS pada materi daur ulang limbah untuk melatihkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas X SMA adalah valid, praktis dan efektif.

The aims of study are to produce student’s worksheet based on creative problem solving (CPS) on waste recycle topic to train creative thingking skill which valid, practical, and effective. This research uses Four-D Models development method by define, design, and develop but without disseminate. This type of research is the development using a 4-D model that is define, design, develop and disseminate, but disseminate stage was not done. The trial target was limited to 16 students at SMA Negeri 16 Surabaya. The parameters considered in this study are validity, implementation and effectiveness. Quantitative descriptive data analysis. The results of the validity carried out by three validators obtained an average of 3.86 with the category very valid category. Practicality of LKPD in terms of the implementation of the activities of students who obtained results of 94.7% with a very practical category. The effectiveness of LKPD is declared effective in terms of completeness of student learning outcomes by 90% and the achievement of creative thinking indicators by 89.15% and positive responses of students by 97.5%. The conclusion from those results is student’s worksheet based on creative problem solving on waste recycle topic to train 10th grade students creative skill which valid, practical, and effective.
