PERBEDAAN PENGARUH LATIHAN SKIPPING ROPE DAN BOOMERANG RUN TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KELINCAHAN PEMAIN SEPAKBOLA
DIFFERENCES OF THE EFFECT OF SKIPPING ROPE AND BOOMERANG RUN TRAINING ON INCREASING FOOTBALL PLAYERS' Agility
Sepakbola adalah olahraga yang sangat terkenal dan paling diminati oleh seluruh kalangan. Dalam sepakbola syarat fisik adalah bagian yang sangat krusial pada aspek latihan. Kelincahan adalah komponen syarat fisik yang krusial pada sepakbola buat merubah arah gerakan secara mendadak dan berhenti secara mendadak tanpa mengalami gangguan keseimbangan. Banyak metode yang dipakai buat melatih kelincahan, diantaranya latihan skipping rope dan boomerang run. Penelitian ini bertujuan buat mengetahui dampak latihan skipping rope dan boomerang run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan. Penelitian ini memakai desain eksperimen semu yang bertujuan menyebutkan dampak dan menganalisa penyebab terjadinya insiden sebelum dan selesainya diberikan perlakuan. Sumber data diperoleh menurut murid Sekolah Sepakbola Surabaya Bhakti yang berjumlah 30 pemain yang dibagi sebagai dua grup yg masing-masing grup terdiri menurut 15 orang. Hasil analisis memakai uji paired sample t test dalam latihan skipping rope diperoleh nilai p (0,000) < menurut 0,05, menggunakan output tadi bisa disimpulkan bahwa terdapat disparitas yg signifikan menurut latihan skipping rope terhadap kelincahan pemain Sekolah Sepakbola Surabaya Bhakti. Hasil uji kedua memakai uji paired sample t test dalam latihan boomerang run diperoleh nilai p (0,000) < dari 0,05, menggunakan hasil tadi bisa disimpulkan bahwa terdapat disparitas yang signifikan menurut latihan skipping rope terhadap kelincahan pemain Sekolah Sepakbola Surabaya Bhakti. Untuk persentase peningkatan kelincahan latihan skipping rope menerima persentase sebesar (5,95%) sedangkan untuk latihan boomerang run memperoleh persentase sebesar (6,34%). Dari hasil tadi bisa disimpulkan bahwa latihan skipping rope dan latihan boomerang run mempunyai dampak terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pemain.

Football is a sport that is very well known and most in demand by all circles. In football, physical requirements are a very crucial part of the training aspect. Agility is a vital component of the physical condition in football to change the direction of movement suddenly and stop suddenly without experiencing balance disorders. Many methods are used to train agility, including skipping rope and boomerang runs. This study aims to determine the impact of skipping rope and boomerang run on increasing agility. This study uses a quasi-experimental design that aims to mention the impact and analyze the causes of the incident before and after the treatment is given. The source of the data was obtained by students of the Surabaya Bhakti Football School, totaling 30 players who were divided into two groups, each group consisting of 15 people. The results of the analysis using the paired sample t test training skipping rope obtained a p value (0.000) < according to 0.05, using the output above, it can be concluded that there is a significant disparity according to skipping rope on the agility of Surabaya Bhakti Football School players. The results of the second test using the paired sample t test in the boomerang run exercise obtained a p value (0.000) < from 0.05, using the above results it can be concluded that there is a significant disparity according to skipping rope on the agility of the Surabaya Bhakti Football School players. For the percentage of increasing agility in skipping rope , the percentage is (5.95%)
while for boomerang run training, the percentage is (6.34%). From these results, it can be concluded that skipping rope training and boomerang run training have an effect on increasing player agility.
